After calling to confirm a week in advance that I would be home between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, which was not convenient as I had plans on that day, we finally agreed on a delivery time of between 3 and 4 pm. I asked that in the case I was detained and did not make it home right at 3 to just leave the arrangement at the front door. Was told that this was impossible as to the expense and delicate nature of their flowers and that I must be home to take delivery, as they would not leave it. I leave a very nice holiday gathering early. I arrive home at 2:30 pm. Imagine my surprise to find said flower arrangement sitting at my front door, clearly marked deliver between 3 and 4 pm and the card with the actual delivery time of 11:11 am. I called the shop to question why the big deal of being sure I would be home between 3 and 4 when they just left it anyway. My recommendation would be to not rush home for delivery from this company as their convenience supersedes yours.
