They did a great job and we were impressed with this family owned business. They gentleman that showed up was sincere, gave us options and was very professional. I would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

I have mixed feelings... On the positive side, the price was very competitive (although not the best we received, we did choose them based on a neighbor's trusted recommendation) and Mike and crew showed up on time and got the job done efficiently. All subsequent issues were promptly and professionally addressed (one was our own user error, one was a wiring issue). I don't think I have any negative remarks about the service itself, they were great. On the negative side, there were some billing issues that made me a bit uncomfortable. For example, we had asked for a second vent to be installed in bedroom but it turned out we did not need it. I was quoted $400 for that part in an email but when we agreed it wasn't necessary, Mike would only take off $100. I showed him the email, he still refused. It wasn't detailed in the estimate though, so in the end, I did not argue but it was still off putting. He also tried to charge me a credit card fee which was not noted anywhere in the estimate or on their website. This I did argue with since it was not detailed in the estimate. Ultimately, although he seemed annoyed, Mike did agree to waive any extra fees for using a credit card. I would hire them again, particularly for maintenance services, as they were professional, competent and prompt. I would just make sure the estimate details all fees and charges for all components of whatever services were to be provided.

They’re excellent. I just found them to be a really nice guys. What I like about them is that they did not oversell you. They gave you what you wanted. They actually listened to what we needed. They gave really intelligent advice. If they disagree on something, they explained it. They were incredibly good guys to work with. I would hire them again.

They were very good. They sent out knowledgeable people for the job who were pleasant to work with. The work was done very well and their pricing was very good.
