Fairfax Aquatics was the second company I called. The first company's price was so ridiculous I thought I'd have to get rid of my spa. My spa had a leak. Tom at FA gave me suggestions on how to help diagnose to help save time while he was at my house (cost savings). He came on time, worked quickly, diagnosed the problem, went out to acquire the part, came back and installed it the same day. I was so worried that I would be charged some ridiculous amount, but he handed me a bill for much less than I thought it would be. He also gave me suggestions for maintaining the tub to avoid future problems. After 2 weeks, I called Tom because I could not get the spa to maintain its temperature. I thought the problem might be related to the repair. He offered to come out and check on the tub the next day. It turned out to be a completely different problem and he gave me a work around solution rather than just giving me the $250 solution. I offered to pay for the visit, but he declined. I wouldn't dream of using anyone but Tom again!
