Responsive to our needs; very friendly and helpful; punctual and careful. The service went smoothly and the celebrant was excellent.

In contrast to the first funeral home that we visited (and, ultimately, the one that we chose for the services), they were not sensitive to our needs and frame of mind in dealing with this tragedy (my nephew committed suicide), were not willing to entertain unusual, but legal requests, seemed more interested in offering a quick and easy solution, and were unprofessional in their presentation of their services and generally unfriendly.

Shelby was excellent, and made the entire cumbersome process very easy and understandable, laying out all of our options in a non-pressure way. She was very responsive to my numerous inquiries, and did a great job of following-up after the fact. Everything happened when she said it would happen, and there were no surprises. Nobody wants to deal with this process, but when you have to may it be this easy for you!

They were very good and we were pleased with it. I have always heard good things from other people. My mother paid for it but they were reasonable as far as I could tell. We didn't look for anything fancy and expensive. They were very kind to us when we were sad. They also made some good arrangements with a cemetery so my dad could be buried there. There is a whole protocol and we have to wait a couple of weeks, but they were real helpful and set that up for us. We didn't have to go through anything. It was very good.

I really like them. I lost my car keys and they drove me over to the burial site to help me find them. They were very kind to me. They are one of the best funeral homes in the area. I hope to use them one day.
