EMBASSY AUTOWASH

Been going there for years always great vacuuming and interior clean.

Chose the "Platinum" wash and paid the difference from the coupon value. My fairly dirty car came out looking clean and shiny. I have used Embassy in Fairfax many times before so am well acquainted with their service and quality. While it's expensive for a mostly automatic car wash, the results are much better and involves people wiping the body and some of the interior (unless you request otherwise, as I do). They were quite busy this day. On this occasion my door jams were not well wiped and the bumper under my trunk remained oddly dirty. My all weather floor mats were unusually wet. There was some confusion about the old coupon I used for its face value which delayed me getting out front to intercept the staff who might otherwise spray scent into the car despite the note I posted in the window. Note that the cost was the difference between the coupon face value and the price of the Platinum wash and does not include tip.

Good service. My only complaint is that while I was in line, an employee handed me a piece of paper showing the available prices for each type of wash. However, the sheet of paper (as far as I could tell) did not include the cheapest option (which was a $12 basic wash). The cheapest option that I saw on the sheet was $15.

Excellent wash and fast, fast, fast.  No comparison with the gas station drive-yourself-through options in the area, this is a serious professional outfit.  I was about 10th in line when I arrived and it seemed like I was done in less than 15 minutes.  Cars this week are DIRTY, due to the recent road treatments, but not match for Embassy's cleaning power.  Look for coupons on-line and in your ad mailer envelope that comes each month, plus check for the discount coupon that may be with your receipt.

It has always been and easy and quick process for excellent results.

They don't do a very good job vacuuming and when you try to point it out the attendant tried to charge me more money until the manage came over. They also aren't very neat when applying the wax it got on the chrome and other parts of the car. I prefer to use them for washes when I get the the coupons in the mailers. That's the only time it think its work it.

It was the interior that I was very much had interest in which was the cleaning and washing of my leather seats as well as the carpet in the floor. I go there regularly for car wash because they have a lot of people working there to clean the cars and they are also very energetic. They are there to do the job, to clean the car. They do a good job on a regular basis. I recognized the person who is the owner of that store and she is actually there working with the workers as needed. I had a very positive attitude about the work force's desire to do a good job. It was easy to make an appointment. I got the car in and it was available when they promised and it met my expectations.
