The frame from Ellen's Futons and a futon mattress I already had have been regularly used since, the frame provides excellent support for the mattress.

When I made the second purchase I asked if I could return the cover beyond the time limit that was posted due to special circumstances. The sales person agreed, as long as the cover was not used. She included a note on my receipt. When I returned to the store to try to return the cover because it did not turn out to meet my needs -- color didn't work -- the same sales person waited on me and refused to accept the return. She offered to exchange or provide a credit. There were limited colors in the store and customs were expensive. I chose to exchange for a plain white cover.
