I have tried a large number of document production services in my geographical area in support of my one-person business. With each previous company, my experience was unsatisfactory in some way that made me either required me to finish a large part of the work, or accept an unacceptable work product. I finally stumbled upon Elite Document Solutions. I am so happy to say that Elite is:
- on time or early (including 1-day turnaround!)
- extremely high quality (perfect product - I have never had to revise and barely have to QA)
- produced with very little direction from me, and with appropriate clarification on the phone
- delivered direct to my office
- produced with a positive attitude and with an impression that this is Elite's own work product
- sent to Elite using their online delivery service.
In short, I cannot say enough about Elite. At the end of a long writing process, it is so easy to have the final phase, production, take a long time and result in a late work product. Elite circumvents this by their excellence in service and product.
