Walked in and met with pleasant greeting. Listened to my concerns and needed about 15 minutes to assess. I even pointed out something that I thought needed to be replaced. So I looked around the shop, then went next door to Olio2go.com. Returned about 20 minutes later to find the repair had been made and there was no charge. He said it was a quick tune-up, and they offer that at no charge. (The beater brush was not seated properly, and he just put it in the correct spot, along with checking over the entire vacuum.) Very satisfied with the experience. No pressure, just what this client prefers, even the offer to help carry it back out to my car (which thankfully I did not need that day!).
