DINETTE FACTORY

My table & 6 chairs was promptly picked up by Steve with an estimate of 4 weeks. I got called in just a couple of weeks when it was done, but not fully dried, so needed to wait for delivery. Eight weeks later, I am calling about delivery and getting continual excuses - wife's sick, truck's in PA, many pickups, etc. After many calls, I finally get it delivered. I was greatly dissappointed in the quality and I will need to send it out for a complete redo. The color is extremely dark, the finish is dull and you can actually feel the grain in the wood. I feel like crying. I complained that the finish was dull and I could feel the grain. Steve said he could take it back and give it a higher gloss, but I can tell that would not be a good solution and I was afraid to let this company do further damage to the table. I just hope it can be redone, since this has been in my family for 80 years.
