Daniel's Run Contracting

After getting estimates from three other contractors, I hired Daniel's Run Contractors to complete a few projects. initially I wanted only the concrete walkway and stoop replaced. After talking with very personable Frank, I decided to have DRC do a few other projects that were on my list because they all were within my budget. Within a week, I had a new and improved stoop and walkway, two utility doors were replaced as were three basement windows. Miscellaneous add-ons were completed efficiently by Marisol and Raul. Frank was on-site at times and always available by phone which I really appreciated! Excellent work by the entire crew!

Work was to replace a deck support post. I received a text from Frank with a quote, work was done the next day. So easy to set things up. The DRC team was prompt and neat. Cost was $350; no games, no add-ons. Nice work. Thank you, Frank.

We needed a whole-house exterior renovation (roofing, siding, trim, driveway, foundation paint) and Frankâ s crew was in the neighborhood on another project, so we connected with Frank, liked what we saw and heard, and got the renovation underway. Frank moved fast and started with the roof, then the driveway, followed by trim and siding, and finally the foundation paint. He was exceptionally helpful all the way through, being on site frequently, giving major help on color suggestions and combinations, and going way beyond the extra mile to answer questions and respond to our punch list items. There were a number of â extrasâ we were pleasantly surprised to receive that we didnâ t expect and werenâ t charged for, that seemed over and above what might normally occur on a project like this. Weâ re extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and the overall outcome, and have gotten numerous compliments from passers-by. Weâ ll definitely call on Danielâ s Run for any future work we need, and highly recommend Frank and his company.

Daniel's Run Contracting fixed part of our roof, repaired our trim, capped our windows, replaced dormers and the frames of our garage doors, installed gutter guards, created a stamped concrete patio with a retaining wall including drainage. Starting with my initial calI with Danielâ s Run Contracting, I had a good feeling about them. I had called quite a few places to get quotes for work I wanted done, and in many cases I felt like the company I called was doing me a favor by setting an appointment to give me a quote. From the first call with Danielâ s Run Contracting, there was excellent communication and an abundance of information. I appreciated that my initial meeting with Danielâ s Run didnâ t feel like a sales call. It was straightforward with a bit of vision. I asked questions, heard what they could do and received a quote later that day. The quote was thoughtful, inclusive of my multiple questions and the pricing seemed fair and very reasonable for the amount of work we asked them to do. We went ahead with all of the work, and, lucky for us, they could start immediately. I was kept abreast of the work schedule. If there were schedule changes I was notified with an explanation. My questions continued to be met with timely and thorough answers. Not only was the work done in a very timely fashion, but then, the work spoke for itself. The work spoke for itself so profoundly that I requested additional work. I wanted other parts of my house to meet the standard that Danielâ s Run set. On top of all of that, they made the work seem easy-to-do from my perspective. They over-delivered on their initial scope of work and we are extremely satisfied customers, our money was well-spent with Danielâ s Run Contracting and we recommend you use them.

Frank was prompt, reliable, and just great to work with. He and his crew replaced our roof, gutters, two skylights, repaired the ceiling inside where the old one leaked, and added insulation to our attic. They came on time, were respectful, worked hard,and cleaned up thourghally when they were done. Great pricing too!! Can't say enough good about this company. Definitely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises for worth they do.

Daniel s Run Contracting was amazing. Franklin, the owner, was quick to respond to emails and quick to have the job done. A team came out in the am to make a plan and returned with two additional people to complete the project in one day. The price was great; we would definitely use Daniel s Run again.

Daniels Run rebuilt my portico, which had a deck on the 2nd level. The structure was 25 years old, and mostly rotted. Not only did they rebuild it, they moved the posts to make it larger, and added decorative elements. They rebuilt it better than it was, and I couldn t be more pleased. Thank you Daniels Run! Sean was very responsive and would ensure the work being done met our satisfaction. Humbierto and Pancho were excellent at their trade, roofing. The roof was installed in one day and this included tear off.

Shawn and his team were the best. We had to compete with Mother Nature to complete the outside projects but it was worth the wait. The stamped concrete walkway, the new portico, the new windows and the whole house repaint turned out amazing! Will only hire them for projects in the future.

We had rakeboards installed and capped, the trim around our windows and sunroom repaired/replaced and repainted, a new doorway added between the garage and living room, gutters extended to route water further away from the house, and the carpets replaced in the bedrooms. Franklin was fantastic - knowledgeable, responsive, fair and honest.
