"First we would like to thank you for your business. We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services rendered back in 2017. As your file shows, this project experienced delays due to your request for us to stop work, inclement weather, scheduling conflicts with meeting you on-site for project review, and inspections. Working in a property built in 1943 can often present leveling challenges due to the aging and deterioration of the property. We addressed all leveling concerns prior to closing this project with your approval. Suggesting we tried to alter your layout without your approval is just wrong. As with all other aspects of your project, we received approval from you or your husband prior to proceeding. Each day of your project, you went down into your basement to review the work completed. Any questions or concerns you presented were all immediately addressed. You mentioned you chose us because of our reviews and your comfort with our staff from the initial estimate. We offered you the same level of service we offer all of our clients but it appears we somehow fell short with you. Some construction dust can be expected during plumbing rough-ins and drywall sanding. Whether it was enough to "break" your HVAC unit is questionable. Nonetheless, we paid YOUR HVAC company to come and service your unit. We did damage and replace the carpet pad. We hauled all construction related debris from the site before the project was completed. Our willingness to pay for a cleaning crew was an extra effort to satisfy you after your complaint about the construction dust. You already had plans to bring in another contractor to do the "finishing work". Our contract with you was only for the rough-in and prep work that your other contractor would not do for you. We passed all county inspections associated with our contracted work. You agreed the project was completed to your liking prior to paying us the final payment. The only question we have is, why now? We hope you are enjoying the remodeled space we worked hard to create for you. Good luck with any future projects you may have!"
"Thank you for your business and the review! We truly appreciate customers like you and your wife. The two of your are the reason we enjoy what we do. Let us know if you need anything else done in the future!"
"You guys are easily among the coolest people we have ever worked with! From the estimate to the completion of your project, you made us all feel like family. I personally would like to thank the both of you for being such great clients. Please do not hesitate to contact us for future projects! By the way, the investment suggestions were invaluable!!!!!!"
"Thank you for making this project a breeze! One basement up, one basement down! From the beginning to end, your involvement in making this project a success was undeniable. When clients stay as engaged as you were, project expectations are easily met. Feel free to contact us when you are ready to knock the master bathroom out!"
"Your kitchen turned out amazing! We proudly show potential clients your kitchen as one of the many examples of our work. However, it was your personal preferences and final selections that made it into the beautiful final product that you will enjoy for many years to come. Please don't forget us when you are ready to do your bathrooms or basement. We would love to work with you again!"
"You guys are beyond clients or customers. After the experience of working with you, you are friends! Thank you so much for the opportunity and the honor of meeting and working with you. Your review here and constant referrals have really been effectual. I'm sure we will stay in touch moving forward with our business relationship and friendship. Stay awesome!"
"Thank you for taking the time to write this review! You and your wife were easily the standard of a good client. Your patronage was earnestly appreciated. I sincerely hope for the opportunity to earn your business in the future!"
"Great couple! Great project! Let's do it again soon....lol. Thank you both for trusting us with your basement remodeling project. We are here for you moving forward!"
"Thank you for your business! Didn't it snow the first day of your project or the day before? You had 24 hour access to your PM (project manager) which you utilized throughout your project. Not sure whats meant by "our PM was not responsive for weeks". Maybe [Member Information Removed] little dramaful? We had to demobilize from your project site because you re-selected the backsplash tile on the day the it was to be installed. We had the originally selected tile on site and ready for installation and you decided in the eleventh hour to change it. We can not stop or close our business to wait for your new tile selection to arrive. We temporarily demobilized to continue working. This was explained to you before you decided to re-select your tile. Completing your project as quickly and efficiently as possible is always our priority but your request created [Member Information Removed] substantial delay in your project. In the end the project turned out as planned. I hope you are still enjoying your kitchen and wish you good luck with future contractors and projects!"
"Thank you for allowing us to work in your beautiful home! You can call us anytime with other projects. I hope your little guy is growing strong and healthy. Please pass my regards to your family!"
"Such a calm, cool, and collect pair of clients. We'll work for you any day! Please contact us if you need anything. Please pass our regards to your family."
"Thank you for the opportunity to complete your project! This project came and went like smooth sailing. It's no wonder with clients like these. It was great talking to you about the project and about life. Please pass our regards to your family and don't hesitate to contact us for anything!"
"Special, awesome, marvelous, incredible, wonderful! There are so many more adjectives to describe these clients. One of our largest basement remodels to date and it could not have been with a better client. Many thanks to you and your family for allowing us to complete such a large and deserving project for you. Feel at liberty to place us on speed dial for your next project. Please pass our regards to your family!"
"Great customer! We are looking forward to working with you on your next project as well. Until next time!"
"Yikes! "D"!?!? Thank you for the opportunity but a "D"? Your first estimator had to take emergency medical leave and the second estimator had to come by to pick-up where the first estimator left off. Sorry for any inconvenience but life doesn't have a script. We called you when we sent the plans and proposal. Our message to you and all other clients was to schedule a time to meet with us to review everything in-depth. If you had trouble understanding the plans or the proposal, the invitation for clarity was already extended. Once again, no services rendered but the potential client can try to hurt a contractor who's doing his or her best to earn an honest living. Good luck with your future contractors and projects!"
"Thank you for the review! Call us when you are ready to tackle the basement. Please pass our regards to your family!"
