All work was professionaly done and completed on schedule.

The work was done with great care and attention to detail. They had to use their skill to make a few appliances fit in |limited space and look good when finished. The owner/contractor was there every step of the way to see that |everything was done perfectly and did much of the work himself. I love my new kitchen! I highly recommend them and will use their services for more home improvements.

These guys were great. I accepted their bid which was low and then we selected the materials. Kudos to Azza, the owner, for giving me good suggestions. They came to work at the time and date promised and finished in one day. They did a wonderful job on the countertop and the backsplash. They cleaned up the area so we could use the kitchen immediately. I highly recommend Azza and his company.

On time, He said he would be there in a week, which he was. He (Azza) wa in charge and had as many as 3 workers doing the job, All weand quot;re very nice, And they finished the job in one day ,except for the grouting which they did the next morning.
They did a great job, and I would readidly recommend them.

Excellent experience overall. We have been acting as our own General Contractor while managing the remodel of our TH kitchen area. Azaa and his stone artisans at Custom Home Improvement LLC did a great job in guiding us through the remodel and design process especially the layout of our new RTA cabinets and custom stone countertops. Very professional staff with significant expertise in stone materials availability, selection and fabrication. and quot;Team Azaaand quot; completed the project on budget and on time. The project has now moved into the backsplash installation portion. Still a work in progress.

Was a mutual planning initiative. I had some ideas and it was to be smaller than the final work, but what Azaa recommended was excellent. Timeliness cleanliness, excellent attitude, all contributed to the successful remodeling. Azaa worked closely with me and if he thought an idea should be changed he said so, understanding I had final say.I am so very pleased with the result!!

Design:
Except for the floor tiles and granite tops, which I chose, Azaa chose all the fixtures, appliances, paint, etc.. Both the individual elements and the overall design were excellect.
Workmanship:
Consistently excellent.
Punctuality:
The job was completed in a little more than three weeks, as promised. For the quantity of work, this is excellent.
Responsiveness:
Kept me informed and maintained prompt communication at all times. When I requested changes (based solely on things I had not thought of before), Azaa quickly gave me a new estimate and then completed the work. When I requested a bit more painting in the basement based on comments from the realtor (after the work was completed and paid), Azaa came back the next day and completed it.
Cleanup:
They took out extra trash, etc. beyond what they produced. They left the back yard cleaner than it had been.
Overall:
I had this remodel done to sell the house. The realtor says it was excellent work for a very good price.

I just purchased a Condo and before moving in I desperately needed the bathroom shower and vanity updated. My goal was to have this completed before I moved in. Custom Home Improvement came to my rescue and completed the job in three days....Its scary to give someone your key and trust them to do the job correctly and ethically....Azaa did just that....I felt a complete trust in him and the crew and I wasn't disappointed. My bathroom is beautiful and Azaa's idea of taking the granite all across the first shelf of the built-in was genius....It looks great. I already have a request for a proposal on a closet redo....You will not be disappointed if you call Custom Home Improvement..

We recently bought a house and needed new carpets installed, we found Azaa and couldn't have been happier with our service. Azaa worked with us to quickly (within one week) give us an estimate and install carpets so we could move in on schedule. Azaa and his team were professional and arrived promptly on time. They worked efficiently and were finished before the quoted time, which is always a positive!
The carpets look and feel great, amazing quality and he recommend the perfect amount of padding for us! We will be using them for future projects in our home!

The entire process was one of the very best experiences I have EVER had with a contractor. Azza was so professional and polite. He really listened to me, offered suggestions, and best of all he honored his word completely. He started on time, finished on time, stuck to his price, and cleaned up everything! In fact, I had him perform the services while I was out of town and when I came back everything was perfect. I highly recommend him and his company and will use him again in the spring for additional work.

I simply needed a couple of guys to lift a 100 lb. 12 foot motorized Sunsetter awning into support brackets while I screwed bolts into place and that was it. They went further and secured the awning by inserting all nuts and bolts and tightened them all. All that was left for me to do was to plug in the awning and enjoy. They originally scheduled their arrival for 5: PM, but called earlier that day and told me that they would be available earlier. I took them up on their offer, they arrived at about 1:30 PM, and did the work in less than a half hour. They knew exactly what to do and were very professional in their handling of the situation. I was very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to employ their services again as the there is quite a bit of work to do around the outside of the house.

I'm pretty happy with the service overall. Azaa is very pleasant to work with. The crew works hard and delivered their service on time. The service after the job was excellent. I have asked Azaa to fix the grout on the tiles few days after the tiles were installed, he responded promptly.

After having a bad experience and a couple of quotes that were way out of my price range a friend found Azaa for her home remodeling.
After the initial meeting I had a good feeling about this company and I was right. They started right away and the job was completed within two weeks, even with a holiday in the middle. They were on time every day, cleaned up, leaving everything neat in the evenings, very professional. Azaa would call to keep me updated of what was completed and what the plan was for the next couple of days. Any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently. They were working on this job when the storms hit the DC area and my power was out for three days, they still came and worked when it was 90+ degrees inside the house. In my opinion that’s dedication. When all was complete I could not find anything I was not happy with. I would recommend Custom Home improvement LLC to anyone and will definitely use them for any future work.

We had just purchased a fixer-upper in Reston and sold our current home and had to be out in just over a month and wanted all the work on the new home to be completed in that month before moving in. A daunting task given the house needed complete interior remodeling. I didn't think it was possible, especially having gone through the motions of describing the task to various contractors and gauging their feedback...
