I really liked the person that came out, they were very professional, but I moved away to a different provider because when I tried to get someone to open my pool here they never returned my call.  They never returned e-mails and tried for over a month.  I probably tried several call, several voice mails and then several e-mails and no response.  I think the problem, the issue is my location but I paid a little extra to come out in the fall and then to get no response what so ever and leave me hanging is not good for a gold rating.
