Things started off well with good communication as I was shopping around. However, once i went under contract, things got slow. While i could have been quicker in a few instances, the overall guidance and urgency to close on the contract date was nonexistent. On occasion, when they needed something for the loan and I asked a question of clarification, it took more than a day to return messages. The appraisal report was days late, which made getting insurance a last minute scramble. Finally, after numerous requests that I would be putting more than the minimum down payment (even giving a specific number), they failed to follow through or communicate. Price was great, but service was terrible.
