Excellent workmanship and great clean up. Mike worked well with us and our Insurance Company. We couldn’t have done it without him! Not the quickest-but was a big job. After 9 months, everything still looks great/functions well.

Creative Contractors is amazing!!! Tim was informative and very responsive to all our questions throughout the process. Our insurance company initially offered only $1500 compensation for our claim against hail damage, but after Tim arranged his first meeting with our Insurance agent, we received full compensation to cover re-siding our entire house, and replacement of all gutters!!! He employs excellent carpenters and craftsman! He ensured our satisfaction before accepting final payment. We look forward to working with Tim again when we replace our roof! Timely. Great service. All of the work and clean-up was done over about a 3-day period and completed in a professional, quality manner with attention to detail. We had had this company replace our aluminum siding on the house 2 years earlier and knew of their excellent work so had chosen to use them again to do all of our trim work. Their restoration specialist, Tim Thompson, and managing partner, Nathan Offenbacher, were always responsive, pleasant and great to work with. We had initially needed to delay the start of the work for some personal reasons and they never hesitated to accommodate the scheduling we requested. I highly recommend Nathan, Tim and the Creative Contractors company, and will definitely consider using them again in the future should a need arise.

The whole experience was very smooth and fast. Literally without any bumps, which is rare in construction job. Matt McMuown was very professional, clear and responsive. I would an d already have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.

Creative Contractors provided an end-to-end service including intial inspection, partnering with insurance provider and claims specialists, completing and managing repairs, etc. Creative was responsive throughout the project and demonstrated a high-level of experience and professionalism.

They performed free inspections for homeowners and they did a really good job. They were really precise and accurate. I didn't have any damage but they worked with me as far as if there was, what they would do. The guy was super professional. I was impressed. I called other companies and it went for $300 but these guys said they'll look at it for free and let me know about any damage. They were super cool. They came when they said they would come and I'm sure they were on time because I was there that morning.

Tim Thompson, of Creative Contractors LLC is a very sharp and personable businessman. He asks questions, suggests options, is sensitive to budgetary contraints, and is saavy in working with insurance companies. He accepts nothing less than perfect. He kept in constant communication throughout the material selection process, the installation scheduling, and he stopped by during the installation to be sure that my husband and I were satisfied, and that things were being done correctly. I know that he holds his laborers and supervisors to the same standard. In our case, insurance covered the cost of the siding, and because the Tim and his crew were already working on our home, he found a way to offer us energy efficient windows at a price that we could afford.

Creative Contractors foreman and crews were very polite and professional. They cleaned up everything and completed the entire job in two days.
