Costco - Fairfax

I was very happy with them and the tires. They include so much extra over the tires; road hazard warranty and tire rotation. They have been pretty good about getting things done with me. They sell an excellent, quality, tire. Two years ago, I was in the dealer, and my car failed inspection for tires. I had a tire that was bad and didn't know it. The dealer said they would match any price in the area, but Costco, so that's where I went.

They were on sale. We liked it, the car sounds better.

They were good.

It was fine. They contracted out, I don’t know the name of the company I forget, but it was all under Costco. Costco stands behind, pretty strongly.  We get better deals through Costco. I think they are very good with their providers and get good providers. They stand on top of them. We’ve had better luck with Costco.

They are easy to work with and nice.

The crew was professional and installed the doors in the time frame as noted on the estimate.

.had my eyes examined and bought new glasses. the the quality and value were very good. the selection to choose from was not real big but it was satisfactory

Quality. I had turned in 3 to be converted. Two arrived within a reasonable time. The reel to reel didn't and so I forgot about it. Two years later this past month Costco called to ask if I would collect it.

If I have to go back because the glasses are not right. The item was fine but I don't think he has done it accurately. The doctor was fine. I would get it done at a regular optometrist's office. The optometry department is only open in certain hours. It has never worked out.

The service is good, they are honest, and they do whatever they claim to do. It is not the cheapest, but the quality is very good.

Had two garage doors and one garage door motor replaced by Door Pro America through Costco. In general I am pleased with the results.
A snow storm intervened the scheduled day, so the installation was rescheduled. The technician showed up when scheduled with all necessary equipment. he installed the garage doors professionally and in a timely fashion. The doors themselves seem sturdy and I am pleased with them.
The salesman walked me through the decisions in an honest and forthright fashion. Only two points were missed. One that went for my advantage and one that went to my disadvantage.
To my advantage was that the doors included struts was not mentioned. Many other firms charge for struts. That was to my advantage.
To my disadvantage was the confusion on garage door openers. I had replaced one motor a few years before and was going to keep it. The old motor was from the same company as the new motor. However, I did not realize that the motor company had changed their garage door openers. And made the openers incompatible. However, the garage door motor company did have another model opener which worked on both doors. Had I realized this sooner, I could have possibly arranged to acquire the appropriate door opener models.
Otherwise, as of this writing, I am fully happy with the garage doors and the support I received from both CostCo and Door Pro America.

Their prices are good, that is why I shop there. Their customer service is good and they have a fine selection. Sometimes their check-out lines are long.
