Be careful. My husband and I were taken in by president Jae Kim's friendly manor and a detailed estimate. Unfortunately on the first day of the project it turned out that estimate was missing several required components needed for our unfinished space, and change orders started coming in. By the fourth day it was clear that Connor Construction did not understand the scope or aesthetics of the project we had in mind. The last straw for my husband was when Jae argued against running a heating duct to the room. I guess we were just supposed to make due with a cold bathroom. At that point we agreed to stop work and go our separate ways. For me the worst part of the experience was the way my emails and verbal requests were completely ignored, and my home was treated with a lack of respect. For instance the gate to the back yard where our dogs run was left open repeatedly even after I made several attempts to express how important it was to me to keep it shut at all times. Connor Construction might be fine for updating an existing bathroom in a home that is not occupied during the day, but I would warn against hiring them for anything more.
