+ -1 moreService provider arrived on time but was unable to complete the service due to failed equipment. We tried a bunch of times to reschedule, but couldn't quite connect. Eventually, I needed to make the home improvement decisions without the information I had hoped to glean from the service, so the service was no longer needed. The service provider said they would be very happy to provide the refund. Assuming they do so, I have no complaints; sometimes things just don't work out.
