Carlos should up on time, and did all the work he outlined, no surprises. Glad to know I can count on CM Air Conditioning to provide quality and excellent work. Next time I work with Carlos' company I hope it isn't under and emergency.

It was great. He showed up on time. He did the work in about an hour. He was very friendly and answered all my of questions. I will be using him the future! I had a few estimates and he was the best.

It runs much more strongly now, following the cleaning and charging. However, at first they did not solve the rattle. But they gave us a 30-day warranty, so I asked them to come back. They returned within a week and fixed the rattle with no additional charge. They were courteous. Carlos, the owner, came out the first time, and explained the issue to me by phone during the second visit. They were polite, and on the second visit they were extremely punctual, arriving just before 8:00 a.m. in the District. I would use them again.
