Andrew D’Amato and his team help us through a long process in this new construction. We purchase the property in 2019 and we’re closing today June 26 2020 one year later. Andrew would call from time to time to check us and asked how the construction is going. April 2020 is when the builders started building our dream home. His team worked tirelessly to make sure everything went accordingly. In less than 2 weeks we switched from a FHA loan to a conventional loan and they made sure we close on our closing date today June 26 2020...... Keith Litrenta. Heather Hillery. Lauren Whitehead. Remember those names because they will change your life! We applied for a mortgage with no real expectation of being approved. Seven minutes after I hit submit Keith called me with good news. 8 weeks later we moved into our dream home. Keith, Heather and Lauren were there every single step of the way. They answered every question. We had an issue near the end and I genuinely thought it wasn't going to happen. I was trying to figure out how to tell my kids that we weren't going to be able to move after all. Keith and Heather worked relentlessly. They would not allow this closing to fall through. I can not say enough good about them. They are amazing. They are dream makers. If you do your part (get the the info they ask for, when they ask for it), they will work so hard to make sure they do their part. They will make sure you are "golden". They will get you into that house!

A complete waste of time of energy. I was seeking a VA loan and he claimed he was able to handle it. Unfortunately, relatively early in the process, it became obvious that he knew very little about V loans and required me to submit a lot of paperwork that was actually his responsibility to obtain. In addition, to not even being familiar w/ many of the VA terms. After discussing this w/ two VA experts, was told I might want to contact another mortgage company., as his actions were "red flag" Took their advice, along w/ my feelings, and contacted a company that was experienced w/ VA loans and found out he was having me to do a lot of work that he should have been familiar w/ and doing himself. Was a very disappointing and time consuming experience!! I can't speak on their handling of regular mortgages, but can advise that if you are seeking a VA loan---STAY AWAY!!

My husband and I were in the market to purchase our own home. His credit was mediocre. Not awful, but not wonderful either. We were specifically looking for a lender who worked primarily online. With our work hours, we wanted to be able to take care of requests in a timely manner and be able to submit them overnight if necessary. Our application was filled out online through their website. We received an email about two days letter letting us know which documents to send in for our official preapproval letter. We got those documents in promptly and within 3 days, we had an FHA preapproval letter for 200K. We immediately began our home search. We fell IN LOVE with a home that was listed at 220K. It was the perfect home for us. I made a call to our lender and he gave us the okay to go up to that price point. Once our offer was submitted and accepted, our file went immediately over to processing. We offered on our home in mid - May 2016 and closed ON TIME at 11am on June 30th. They were so easy to work with. I would recommend Gerald Hanson who was our lead contact throughout the process. If you are looking for 100% online lending, I would recommend giving Cityworth a try. If we decided to purchase another home in the future, we will absolutely be using them again. I know I have read a few negative reviews on the internet, so I felt it was my obligation to leave a review about our wonderful experience.

They called us and stated should be no problem with getting a home mortgage loan. Explained to them our credit situation, they stated only needed a 580 to be able to be approved for the loan. Also said they could use a local finance company from our hometown that doesn't report to credit to help out our situation. I would have to keep calling, knew we were interested in a house. Called one day and he said we were approved and would be sending out an approval letter so we could put an offer in on the house and would receive the approval through e-mail within 30 minutes. 3 hours went by and no response from them. Finally got a hold of them again and he stated that our credit was too low and we weren't approved for the 3.5% down like originally told. Tried to call and would get hung up on and finally received an e-mail stating was too busy to speak with us and to call on another day. Have not heard anything since, they have all of our information and now won't speak with us.
