Seven minutes after I hit submit Keith called me with good news. 8 weeks later we moved into our dream home. Keith, Heather and Lauren were there every single step of the way. They answered every question. We had an issue near the end and I genuinely thought it wasn't going to happen. I was trying to figure out how to tell my kids that we weren't going to be able to move after all. Keith and Heather worked relentlessly. They would not allow this closing to fall through. I can not say enough good about them. They are amazing. They are dream makers. If you do your part (get the the info they ask for, when they ask for it), they will work so hard to make sure they do their part. They will make sure you are "golden". They will get you into that house!

My husband and I were in the market to purchase our own home. His credit was mediocre. Not awful, but not wonderful either. We were specifically looking for a lender who worked primarily online. With our work hours, we wanted to be able to take care of requests in a timely manner and be able to submit them overnight if necessary. Our application was filled out online through their website. We received an email about two days letter letting us know which documents to send in for our official preapproval letter. We got those documents in promptly and within 3 days, we had an FHA preapproval letter for 200K. We immediately began our home search. We fell IN LOVE with a home that was listed at 220K. It was the perfect home for us. I made a call to our lender and he gave us the okay to go up to that price point. Once our offer was submitted and accepted, our file went immediately over to processing. We offered on our home in mid - May 2016 and closed ON TIME at 11am on June 30th. They were so easy to work with. I would recommend Gerald Hanson who was our lead contact throughout the process. If you are looking for 100% online lending, I would recommend giving Cityworth a try. If we decided to purchase another home in the future, we will absolutely be using them again. I know I have read a few negative reviews on the internet, so I felt it was my obligation to leave a review about our wonderful experience.
