Circle Glass has been an Angie's List Super Service Award Winner 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016! We were founded in 1972, and have been in the same location for over 40 years. We started as builder supply and have grown into a full service glass and mirror company. We do light commercial services and specialize in Frameless Shower Enclosures. Our crews are assigned areas and in most cases the crew that measures your job is the same crew that installs it. At Circle Glass we believe in treating everyone the way we want our moms treated. No job is too small or unique. Please call or come by and we will help you with your glass needs. Special order items take 7-10 business days and In stock items take 1-3 business days in most cases.

ordered a powder room mirror with a curved top which the shop claimed they have the tools to make. what arrived and got installed was a very poorly cut mirror with a wavy top curve and unequal side measurements. i took pictures and emailed the shop and asked for a replacement mirror but their response was to bring the already installed mirror to the shop for them to inspect it and decide with a mocking smiling emoji at the end of the email....avoid these scammers if you can

"So I am sure I am responding to the correct person, I have this job listed under Dereje Legesse, This was a mirror that was installed by the homeowner not our company, we tried to work with him and even offered a discounted price if he let us come out to measure and install it properly. We have not heard back from him except to tell us he was going to slam us on Google. We first refused to cut it without a pattern for this exact reason, but but after talking with him we worked together in my shop to draw the arch on the mirror, after several attempts Mr. Legesse settled on a shape. we cut within the square dimensions he gave. When he installed the mirror it did not fit well, but we cut to HIS sizes. Turns out the walls are out of plumb, and to remedy that we must cut a new mirror, that is measured properly. which is where we stopped hearing from him. The offer still stands for us to come out and actually measure and install this mirror so it is properly done, not all homeowner are capable of doing professional jobs."

No complaints! I visited Circle Glass's showroom to see first-hand what my options were for our new shower door. The staff was courteous and informative. After the shower tiling was completed, I re-contacted Circle Glass for them to send a tech to measure for the new door. We discussed options on site and came up with a doable plan. Our new door was installed approximately two weeks later. Everything went smoothly with two expert installers. Very pleased with the finished product!

I would not work with Circle Glass and Mirror again, nor would I recommend working with this company to my friends or family. A comedy of errors and poor workmanship added weeks of time to my bathroom remodel. My request was to order and install a single pane of fixed .5 inch glass. After the First install, I was left with the sloppiest looking shower one could imagine. (Pics included) Gobs of silicone were spread haphazardly on my tile and on the glass hardware, and the finished glass edge was not plumb. I voiced my displeasure with Brad, the owner, who came to inspect days later. He agreed that the install was poor, but in the same breath insulted me by saying “well the guys (installers) probably just sped through your project since it was a small job.” Buyer beware that there is some unknown project cost threshold that you must surpass for Circle Glass and its owner Brad to treat you as a valued customer. My small job didn’t meet that threshold, unfortunately. They sent out a new installer to reinstall the glass. The install was done better this time, the finished edge was plumb, but now the wall edge was pulled ~3/16ths of an inch away from the wall and heaps of silicone were applied to fill the massive gap. Sadly, again the project looked awful. The issue was that the piece of glass was measured or ordered incorrectly, and Circle Glass was trying to pass it off as if it fit in the space. It did not. Again, another week goes by… Brad comes back to remeasure. A new piece of glass is ordered and installed few weeks after that. Not so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience” from Brad, guess you need to have a bigger job for that sort of treatment. Low quality service from low quality company. Office staff was very nice to work with. They made the agony of working with this group bearable.

"Sorry for the bad experience you had with our company, I did apologize for the way the splash guard came out originally. I remember that I thought our installers had put it in upside down or inside out and that was the reason to not replace it immediately which I thought at the time was agreeable with you. We did replace the panel to your satisfaction and I believe we gave you a discount from the original price for the inconvenience we caused you. We are like many companies having experienced staffing problems and the crew that installed that shower no longer work for us. Finally to address the value of our customers, We are a small shop in Fairfax Va. and 90% of our jobs are "small jobs" that is our bread and butter, Even if I thought it I would not have said your job was too small to worry about and Its wrong of you to say as much."

They are not done yet is what I can say. They visited the house five times. The first time they brought the brong size glass, the second time they brought only the glass for one window, then the third time when they completed the window, but he broke the window lock and that's what they left me since December with the hole on my window frame in this kind of freezing weather. I called them numerous times and they debited my credit card for the whole job as if the job is complete.

Dealt with Brad, John and Roberto. Two visits by Roberto: one to measure and one to install. It was a pleasure to watch an expert at work. I thoroughly recommend Circle Glass. Note: beware of folks telling you whole sash has to be replaced without visiting!

Excellent experience. Quick and efficient estimate, fast turnaround and installation timeline. Easy payment process. Our new windows match the visual appearance of the old single pane of glass windows, but we have noticed a significant improvement in comfort and no longer get condensation or ice on the inside during colder nights. Highly recommend and would hire again.

After measurement team visited, Brad provided estimates based on four options for the door. The door and mirrors were installed three weeks later. Overall, we were very satisfied with this work. Brad , John and the measurement and installation teams were very knowledgeable and professional.

My experience was stellar from start to finish. The person I initially talked to by phone gave me a ballpark estimate based on the size of the window (another company I'd used before to replace the same window refused to do that). The price was way lower than the bids from the other two companies I called. The guys came out exactly when they said they would; installed the window with great attention to detail; and were both professional and personable. I highly recommend them!

The window replacement was smooth. The door glass was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. This extended the overall elapsed time from my first call to the final installation to 9 weeks. I had no problem with the work done or the people I dealt with, but I think the timeframe was too long. After the mishap with the measurements, there was no expression of concern and no attempt to speed up the timeframe for the reorder.

The entire experience went smoothly and quickly. Jake and his team members were helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, friendly, and professional. Two team members came to the house to measure the table (I could not fit the table into my vehicle to bring it to the store; if I could have, that would have made this less expensive) because the two halves of the table were slightly different and we wanted to be certain the tops would be cut correctly. To save money, I went to Circle Glass to pick up the two pieces of glass. We are thrilled with the end product and and would definitely use Circle Glass again!

Best local rate I could find on a glass shower door. Couldn't get a measurement lined up as fast as some other companies, but install was prompt and on schedule.

The quality of the work was good. The frame was in good condition when the replacement of the mirror was complete. However, they were over a week late in finishing the project. When we called to check on why our mirror was not ready for pick up, they were short and almost curt. No apology or explanation was given for the extra time needed. Since we were under a deadline as our house was being listed for sale, the lateness caused by Circle Glass was an extra level of stress. In summary the work was good, the mirror looked great. If you can work around the issues we encountered, Circle Glass is a solid choice.
