CHUNG'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Amazing as always!!!!!!! Kevin Chung, of Chung's Home Improvement, has done work in my home before. His crew is wonderful! I had a water leak in the basement and had to have the flooring replaced. We decided to have the walls painted by Kevin. His guys are on time, polite, funny, helpful and extremely professional! Kevin is very flexible with adding on to his previous quote. I added a few more things on his list besides painted the walls. He also installed new recess lights in the kitchen, chandelier in the dining room, replaced the the ceiling fan in the basement, reinstalled the toilet and new sink in the basement bathroom, added towel racks and hardware for the curtains over the sliding glass door. I trust Kevin's crew enough to run an errand while they continued working. Kevin also gives you an itemized quote of everything he will do. His work is guaranteed for 3 years. We are very pleased with the price and final result! I highly recommend Chung's Home Improvement!!!!! You will be very satisfied with the end product!

As always, Kevin and his team did an outstanding job. Professional, timely and neat. Their portico replacement (using PVC trim and fiberglass columns) looks exactly like the wood components they replaced. Kevin has a small, but outstanding team of craftsmen that pay attention to the details and really deliver. They also make excellent recommendations on modifications and improvements. Highly recommended.

Outstanding work by Kevin Chung and his team. Kevin not only provides a great, honest and hardworking crew, but he also provides excellent device on options for tile, lighting, etc. Chung Home Improvement has done other work in our house, including building a complete basement gym. Kevin is always our first call when we have any project around our house. Honest, great work and usually the best price.

The work was done quickly and well.  I found only one very minor concern which Mr. Chung would have taken care of if I had noticed it at the time he had me view the completed job.  Clean up was satisfactory.  Mr. Chung was easy to work with.
 
Mr. Chung was delayed for several weeks after my original request in getting to my project because of his workload.  This was not a major concern for me given that the project was not something that required immediate attention and that he has done good work for me in the past.  Such a delay might not be acceptable for a customer needing immediate or prompt attention.  Once a date and time was set for the work Mr. Chung and his team were there on time and ready to go.   

The work was done in a timely way and to my satisfaction. I had they do a bunch of house improvements.  They came when they said they would and completed the work without wasting time. The price was reasonable. I will call them again when I need a several jobs done.

I have used this service provided for over 10 years, which should be an indication of my level of trust and appreciation for his work. Kevin and his crew are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and unfailingly patient.  I would recommend this provider unequivocally. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure that the job is done to my satisfaction.

Chung's Home Improvement's owner was very good about providing estimates and about communicating. I trust him and the workers. The prices are more reasonable than other places. He's easy to work with. He can do handyman kinds of things, he can do a variety of things. He can put the vanity tops on, paintings and he can do multiple things. he and his men are good at that.

Kevin and his crew were fast, thorough, and pleasant.  They left the workspace very tidy at the end of the day.  Kevin was able to identify and correct issues created by others (for example, cabinets had been damaged en route to my home) and responded quickly and professionally to changes I requested.  Very accessible in between onsite work.  I would highly recommend them.

I always appreciate working with Kevin Chung and the quality of his work and the work of the people who work for him. Kevin is a good supervisor. He is also very easy to work with. We go over carefully what needs to be done, he sends me an estimate via email, he is punctual both in terms of date and time he promises to be there, completes his work as promised, and guarantees his work.
I was getting my house ready to put on the market, so I needed the work to be well and efficiently, and Kevin Chung did both. He and his men are trustworthy and honest. He is dependable. I have used for him several things over the past couple years, based on recommendation of a friend of mine. When I used him, I lived in Silver Spring, and he is licensed both in Maryland as well as Virginia. I highly recommend Kevin Chung. It is really nice to have someone who can do so many different things and do them well.

We have worked with them several times. We just moved and have had him come in to give us a quote for some additional work that we haven't had done yet. They are pretty fast and they usually come in around their estimate amount. They do a really good job and we have been pleased with them. We would certainly recommend them.
