They were also my home builder. The roof was under warranty, so there was no charge. They were very responsive. I have been there for a couple of years and you get a one year home warranty. It was beyond that, but I had one other problem with the roof in the same general area, and they fixed it. I would consider this a follow up even though this was a different section that they fixed.
They were fine. There is nothing they could do to improve. The job is not done at this point, I am just waiting for them to follow up. If it is under warranty, I would use them again.
