Great. Their customer service and follow up are top notch.

I was very pleased with Christophers and have used them periodically over the years, as they had been recommended by my interior designer. Christophers is a good choice if you have high-end fabrics and need knowledgeable technicians. Note that they charge a minimum of $300, so it's worthwhile to have them do a number of items in one visit. Walter and Fort arrived promptly and Fort clearly explained their pricing structure before they began, which is by the man hour (so, if there are two people, it's double). This was not a problem, however, since they both worked very quickly. If you have two technicians, I found that it really does take half the time, as long as you keep in mind the $300 minimum.  I had a particularly soiled off-white club chair that desperately needed cleaning; they said they would do their best, and even though it was not perfect after cleaning, it was still 100 percent better than before and will allow me to hold off re-covering the chair for a year, probably. They did a great job on the other items, and when I found that the sofa (chenille) looked a little streaky the next day after drying, they came back and re-misted it and brushed it so the nap set up correctly (this is a typical issue for chenille, apparently). They also re-cleaned a minor spot on the carpet that had not come out completely the first time. Overall, my experience with Christophers was excellent and I will be using them again in the future.

WATCH OUT FOR THEIR TRICKY PRICING! The two man crew arrived a little late, but had called ahead to let me know about the delay. The cleaning seems to be fine, although the bed and other large furniture was not moved for cleaning beneath. I did not clarify this prior to the cleaning, so will do so with the next crew. However,I was told they did not quote by the task but by the hour and was quoted 250 for the first hour, and 100 for each hour after that. They estimated it would take 3 hours for the work. They finished under an hour, but charged me 350, claiming if it was just one person it would have taken longer...I called the office and got the same story. So watch out for their pricing, and clarify ahead if they are sending a one or two person crew (or even three) and find out what the real "hourly" cost will be. Is it per man? Would the first hour be less if there was one worker not two?  I do not think the cost was out of line, but I believe, based on the hourly quote, if the work was done within an hour the bill should have been 250.00.  I had additional work they could have done in the house, and mentioned that to them to help fill the estimated time difference ( one hour compared to three) but they declined. They also did not tell me what the bill would have been if they had worked 1 1/2 hours. Would it had been 350 or 450 because one person would have taken longer?... Really?? Does leave you with the feeling of being ripped off and for that reason I could not reccommend them to others or use them again.I hope they can develop a more honest way of pricing.

I called on a Monday and was given an appointment with a two hour service window between 10 AM and noon on the following day.  The technician arrived at the stroke of 10, introduced himself, reviewed the scope of the work with me and began.  The entire job took about 45 minutes.

The operator was courteous and professional.  This was our first experience with professional cleaning.  Considering that the carpet is ten years old and had a moderate amount of ground in dirt, the result was gratifying.

The company's minimum charge was $250 for the first hour and $100 per hour thereafter.  Possibly another company might have prorated the first hour in our favor, but considering transportation time, we don't feel cheated.

They cleaned one carpet and did a good job. They took it for cleaning and brought it back. They did everything perfectly. They were super expensive, but then it was also an extremely expensive carpet. We had shopped around and found companies that would have done the job at half the price. We didn?t go for that as we were afraid that they wouldn?t deliver on quality. We are very happy with Christopher's Inc.

Met/exceeded all expectations. Showed up on time, was clean and careful in out house with our posessions, and spent the right amount of time working on tough-to-remove soil that had accumulated from our indoor/outdoor golden retriever. No cleaning method can restore original condition--and we had done our part to remove individual stains as they appeared in the past. But the technician, Fort, did a great job and I am confident that our carpet is as clean as it can be. He even applied a protectant at no charge, enabling me to return the ScotchGard spray I bought--saving me $70.

They were extremely professional and prompt. Very good technician who completed the job well and got all the stains out.

Went well. I called and requested a limited area cleaning, to focus on stairs and traffic lanes. I was given a date, and the operator arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained the drying time, thanked us for the business and left.

They came in with white gloves on. These folks know the carpet cleaning business. I was so impressed with their professionalism and how thorough they were. I would recommend them.

They called ahead and arrived exactly on time. I decided to have them clean the rest of the carpets on the floor as well as a sofa that (same) dog had soiled. They finished all work in 1 and 1/2 hours. The service technician also told us that because we had spot treated the stains the night before, the stains would most likely reappear in a few days. He told me to just call them and they would come back and re-do. They have a policy of one free re-do. What peace of mind!

THEY CAME WITHIN FIFTY DOLLARS OF THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. THEIR SERVICE INCLUDES TREATMENT OF SPOTS FOR A YEAR. THEY CALL TO CONFIRM BEFORE THEY COME OUT WHICH I FIND VERY HELPFUL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING, THEY SEND A REMINDER TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY SHOULD COME.

I REALLY ENJOY THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. I REALLY LOVE THE REPRESENTATIVES THAT DO THE SERVICE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. WE HAD RED WINE SPILL ON OUR NEW COUCH AND CARPET AND ABSOLUTELY NO STAIN!!
