Outstanding quality workmanship.  They also helped with suggestions to help me complete this refinishing project.  Workers were very polite.

My husband has been very pleased with them. The only thing is that it's starting to bubble in a few places and I will need to call them back. We were satisfied with it. This is a 100-year-old house and there were a few places that were a little worn out and they patched those areas. They came out pretty much on time. It was between the storms. The house is white now. It's not dirty at all. It's been about 15 years since we last had it painted. We spent about $5000.00. They had 3 people do the work. They did a lot of scraping and filling. They came at the right time. It was a dry month and a half and it took them about 4 or 5 day to complete the work. I have suggested them to someone else. They did a great job. My husband called a number of people and they seemed the most reliable in returning calls and showing up. It just looks good going in and out of the house.

Overall, the experience was okay. The technicians were very nice and quick to respond, but it took them a long time to finish the project, about 3 weeks. We had to call them a few times. The price was very reasonable.

Excellent. I used the Chevy Chase Painting out of Falls Church (Don't know if that is a different franchise). They did an excellent job. I used Benjamin Moore Aura paint, top of the line. The painters were NOT familiar with Aura, thought that it was runny and hard to work with. They were putting it on too thick (using Aura is different than other paints to even include a special roller). But they got through it and everything looks good. OF COURSE there is some paint where there shouldn't be - floors around door trim, etc. But all in all, they did a great job and I would hire them again. In fact, I already did!

The were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

The project start date was delayed by rain, but the first dry day the workers arrived. Each day when I returned home from work I could see substantial progress. They started on a Monday and most work was completed by Friday. Three painters came each day. They cleaned-up each evening leaving a few supplies in the backyard. I would have liked them to scrape some surfaces a little more, but overall I'm thrilled with the way the house looks.

Chevy Chase Painting did a wonderful job. They finished the project in two days and they were very professional. The crew was very neat and organized.

Initial call-back was good. Estimate was back in one week. Work was flex scheduled (we weren't in a rush) and took place approximately 30 days after the contract. Generally, they did a good job. Trim was replaced and painted but they missed a couple big spots (whole panel above front window and two foot section of foundation facing the street). After several calls to return to finish the job we are still waiting. Its been over three months. But then again, they haven't been bugging me for the balance of the payment.

First of all (703) 359-0607 is no longer in service;it has a message on it that refers you to a disconnected number. I hope I am rating the right company because basically, I only had the cell number and name of their representative, BAHER;steer clear. Once I started having trouble and tried to get in touch with a supervisor, I realized that it was just a big franchise with a phone bank and no way to get in touch with anyone else except the company rep. that is already being unresponsive. Initially, this company was responsive, called right back, provided a very reasonable estimate, and claimed they knew how to whitewash brick. I made the mistake of hiring them with only the Angie's List reference. They did a great job with pressure washing and sealing the deck. They had no idea how to do the whitewashing and got VERY behind schedule. I have had to hire a real painter to fix their mess, and now he has to work around our landscapers. This was an ABSOLUTE DEBACLE in the end.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK ON MY HOUSE. THE COMPANY WAS VERY CLEAN AND PROMPT ON THE WORKMANSHIP. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NECESSARY. I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
