Champion Title & Settlements Inc

I can not recommend Champion Title & Settlements, Inc. Where do I start! Jennifer Julia, who was supposed to be the person responsible for my post closing transactions and disbursement of funds due to me at closing was horrible! She put the wrong account number on the disbursement check and sent it to my bank and of course they had no idea what to do with it. Jennifer's response was to wait another week so see what happens! Once I notified her of her mistake she completely stop responding to me and ignored  me for days! After several ignored emails, phone calls and two weeks past my closing I had to escalate issues to Ryan Koppel who somehow finally got her to do her Job! Terrible customer service and would never use them again!

Champion Title does an excellent job from start to finish.  I have worked with them for years and always recommend them to clients.  They are knowledgeable and efficient.  They answer all my clients questions and facilitate the home sale and purchase process.  For sellers, Champion Title prepares the deed and get the final payoffs and net before closing.  For buyers, Champion Title does an excellent job reviewing the title of the property to make sure there are no issues with the title.  Champion also helps the buyer through the process, explaining title options and making sure they understand what to expect next.  The attorneys are top notch and always take my calls to answer questions about title issues before a house is even on the market.  Settlements with Champion are pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced.

They were selected by our realtor.  Was glad to see they were on Angie's list.  Did a lot of email back and forth.  They quickly responded to all questions, and provided clear answers.  They were patient with my barrage of questions.  Although there was a last minute hiccup (lien satisfied but not documented), our processor worked hard and we closed only 15 minutes late.  The closing table included chocolate and reading glasses!  All went fine!

We have closed three times on loans plus another four times on refinancings.  This was by far the best experience we have ever had.
