Carpet Palace Inc

Lied to us about cutting the carpet. We picked up the carpet and they told us "The smaller piece is inside, and we gave you some extra as well". We thought, great, this is so nice. The total size of the carpet was 40'x14' so there was no way to unroll the carpet and check it, and besides, who would assume they are lying to us. Also to note, it took 6 days to get the carpet because they needed a few days to cut it for us. When we got it home and unrolled it, the carpet wasn't cut. We called them and immediately they started claiming that we didn't ask them to cut it. We stood there for 15 minutes going over the room measurements with the salesman and he assured us that it would not be a problem and that they would make sure that the pattern lined up. We went in to the store today to discuss it and they called US liars. Do not buy from these guys. Look at the bad reviews vs the good reviews and ask yourself which ones seem legit.

I read the reviews on Angie's List and they had a great review.  I see why.  When we walked in, Paul showed us different types of carpet and padding and explained the differences well.  The measurement took place the next day and the carpet ordered.  They worked around my schedule to install them on a Saturday.  The installers were also very pleasant and worked hard.  After we unpacked, we saw one place that needed stretching.  Carpet Palace was very responsive and the same installer came out.  It took no time to fix the issue.  The price was very good for the quality of carpet we got.   Overall, very pleasant experience.

Mario and his brother and a co-worker were right on time and never stopped working until I insisted they take a few breaks.  They had to deal with many stairs, many small spaces and even repaired some of the squeaky subfloors.  They were courteous throughout and always consulted me on what should go where.  The owner Paul accommodated my schedule and helped me choose the right carpeting and his advice was solid. 
IThey left the place ionly after they had cleaned and made sure to vacumn all the areas.  I've never seen people work so hard.  I will certainly recommend Carpet Palace to anyone who needs good carpeting at a good price because the service will be A+.

Paul Salehi and his staff were able to accommodate my busy schedule and came to my home on the same day I visited the showroom to take measurements for replacement of the carpet and padding in my den and downstairs bedroom. On the day of installation the two man team arrived on time and ready to work. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than 4 hours. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism at Carpet Palace Inc.

I went to Home Depot first. I had to wait a long time to speak with a salesperson, then I was told I would have to speak to a second sales person. Finally ordered the carpet, but I had to wait two days and pay $35 to have someone measure it for me. On the 4th day I got a quote that seemed very high. It turned out they wanted to charge me for a 30 foot length of carpet for a 17 foot room. Hauling away the old carpet and moving furniture was several hundred dollars more. Went to The Carpet Palace inc. instead. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. No need to wait. The price was 50% less than Home Depot. No need to send out a measurement specialist. No extra charge for the pad. No charge for hauling away old carpet. No charge for moving furniture and installation took only 6 days from the time of ordering. I could not be happier! I bought wall to wall carpeting from them 20 years ago and I remember it being a great experience. Nothing has changed. I highly recommend The Carpet Palace Inc.
