We have a 3 bedroom home in Vienna, and Carmen does an excellent job cleaning and transforming our house for the weekend. We are almost always off to work before Carmen arrives and the house looks clean and pristine when we return. We discussed the specific things that we wanted cleaned, and Carmen agreed to use our green cleaning materials.

Carmen has worked for our family for seven years and is very reliable. She is great with pets, children and is very dependable, flexible, and understanding.She speaks English perfectly and has her own transportation. Every Friday our house is transformed from a mess to an immaculate show house for our family and friends to enjoy. She is extremely trustworthy and she feels like an extension of our family.

It was a very good experience, I only had to have one person in the house, she is a nice and professional. I am not a person who likes to have strangers in my house without me there, it has nothing to do with her. She even picked up a dime and put it on the counter instead of taking it.
