I called on Monday and Luis Lavalle came out that afternoon. He went up on the roof and confirmed what needed to be done. He took pictures with his cell phone and showed me the current condition. He provided me with a bid on the spot and we agreed on having the work done the following Thursday. I was told that as long as water was available, it wasn't necessary for anyone to stay home. I provided Luis with approximately 1/3 deposit.
I came home on Thursday and was able to see that the work had been done but there was no evidence of it on my property - no mess left behind. Luis said I could mail the remaining balance after the work was complete.
