The person we used to have to make trophies for us retired and referred this company to us. When I called to ask about some trophies I needed to have made, he answered the phone very rudely and said that he had 500 customers in front me of that were more loyal and he wouldn't have time for my business.

"In regard to (member name removed) calling my trophy shop and was greeted by a male voice that was rude and didn't want her business I find to be incorrect and I object to this kind of posting on any list for public review. I am seeking my Lawyer's advise to correct this with a slander of my name and business. I would advise (member name removed) to contact my company and ask for the owner Mr Camper and explain to him what the problem was and to whom she spoke to."

I used them about a year ago and I am using them this year ago for awards. They charged four hundred and sixty dollars for six or seven trophies. They made a mistake on two of our trophies and they fixed it free of charge. I grade them an 'A' overall. I would use them again in the future.

Helped with the arrangement and length of phrases to ensure product would be easily readable and look good. Turned work around in a couple of days, faster than promised. Work was performed at Camper Trophies and Award store.

They expedited this for me beyond my expectations. They hoped to have it for me in 2-3 days but called me 1.5 hours after I left it and said it was ready. I was very, very grateful because this was a special gift for a young girl being baptized, but the baptism had suddenly been moved up by a couple of months.Both the man and woman I dealt with at the store were funny and gracious! Thank you so much! I will certainly be back when I have engraving needing done.

They were reasonably priced. They have a nice selection and had exactly what I wanted. I needed something quickly, and they got it done in time. I didn't compare prices, but I thought they were reasonable.
