 + -1 moreHe hired others to do the work. Had to pay double for two coats of paint (that we provided) instead of one. The soffit obviously only had one coat, because it is less than a year later and it needs repainting again. The wood trim was done before the painting of the shutters, and one of the painters lost control of their ladder, and damaged the trim on one of the lower windows. We were told that someone would come back and repair it, but no one ever came back to fix it and we never heard from them again. He is a nice guy, but we will not rely on him again.
