They were easy to contact and friendly and professional when I called. The work was performed when scheduled and our deck and front sections of fence went from gray back to looking lbright and clean. They did such good work that they are coming again next week to perform additional work.

In short, I would avoid this company. I hired them to wash my stone patio walls, fireplace and walkway because I had heard they were a reputable company.
The day after they cleaned the patio (when it was dry) I noticed that the technician had clearly missed the tops of several columns and the two steps to get onto the patio. I called them right away and told them he had forgotten a few things and explained where he needed to touch up. They promised to send him back out.
Several days later I called them to find out what was going on and I was told that their technician had been back out and that he said the stains weren't going to come off. Someone was home all day when he allegedly came and never saw anyone and of course the stains were still there. The individual I spoke with went on to tell me that it was "mortar that was seeping through" the 2" thick concrete cap and that it wasn't going to come off. Ridiculous. She told me that the technician had already explained that to me, which was not true at all. He had told me a calcium stain on the fireplace wouldn't come off and that's not even an issue here. I told her that the entire cap on the other 80% of the wall had easily come clean and that the 3 tops and 2 steps were obviously just not done. She was combative and simply would not listen. It seemed more important to her to tell me what the technician said than to actually listen and address what I was saying. Finally she told me to email pictures of what I was talking about which I did.
After several more phone calls, they agreed to send the same guy out again to touch up what he had missed. I told them he needed to knock on the door this time and that we wanted to be sure it was done right. When he finished, my wife came to see if he had gotten everything. She pointed out that the two steps were still stained with mildew. He caught an attitude and said it wouldn't come off. Unbelievable. He wouldn't even give it a try. I called their office again and spoke to the same person again and she apologized again and said she would have the owner give me a call. Well, I didn't want or need a call from the owner. All I wanted was for someone to give me what I paid for.
Two more weeks passed and still no phone call and no one came by to make it right. I called them and spoke to the same person yet again. Once more she was combative and giving excuses why it hadn't been done. I asked her why the owner hadn't called as she had promised and she told me it was because he had been on vacation and was just now returning his calls. Why she promised to have him call when she knew he was going on vacation is puzzling. It seems like I was told that just to make me go away. Even more puzzling is why they can't resolve a simple problem like this without being argumentative, difficult and involving the owner. This is not rocket science and even basic customer service could have resolved it instantly. The technician didn't do his job right the first time, so send someone to get it right.
Now it's been over three weeks since I paid to have the work done. Numerous phone calls, two visits from the same technician and way too much energy has been wasted trying to get them to do what we agreed to. My impression is that they don't really care about doing the job well or making sure the customer is satisfied once they have their money.
I would avoid the unnecessary headache of doing business with Bryant's as there are many other companies offering the same type of service without all the headaches or miserable customer service and bad results. If they made a mistake (like we all do) and then promptly made it right, I would have left them a great review. Unfortunately that's not the case with this company.

At the time (early October) I thought it went well. They were supposed to send 2 people for a wood-burning insert, because they're heavy and require extra work to get them back in properly. But the 1 guy they sent did his best. When I started using the fireplace in December, I noticed there was very little heat coming out - I checked my wood, I checked the controls, then I noticed the wood-burning insert wasn't placed back into the fireplace correctly. I contacted Bryant's and asked them to send someone to reinsert correctly. They wanted to charge me! They claimed it had been too long since the service, so I was going to have to pay them again! THEY sent the incorrect number of people to do the work, and it had been 'too long' because I had my chimney cleaned BEFORE fire-burning season AT THEIR RECOMMENDATION. Their advertising even said 'get your chimney cleaned now, before you need it'. (I'm paraphrasing, I no longer have the ad to quote exactly). After increasingly rude phone calls and emails with the office manager, I gave up. But I will never use them again for anything. I was a loyal customer, but I was treated unfairly this year

Bryant's arrived on-time and with all necessary cleaning chemicals ready to go.  They did an excellent job of prepping the siding on the house so when the final rinse was applied the house gleamed white.  We were concerned that we would need a paint job after getting it pressure washed but instead it looked as if we just had one.  They did a few extra things as well such as cleaning the stone and driveway leading up to the front door.  They cleaned up fully when they left.  Would definitely use them again !!!!

Everything went really smoothly. They explained that someone would come and powerwash on the first day. Then a few days later he would come back and seal the fence. I wasn't home when the work was done, but I was happy with the results. They even sealed the three steps for free.

We called for an appointment. He showed up at the appointed time. Did a wonderful job for the price discussed and could not have been more professional in  his dealings with us. We had absolutely no problems and would use this service again.

Great job and great price.  This service was done actually before I was an Angies list member and I received their name through coworkers who also had a great experience with them.

Horrible!  After obtaining 3 estimates from different companies we decided to go with Bryant.  We have 3 levels of deck, a hot tub, and lots of plants around the lower level.  They called us to set up the date to come out and do the cleaning.  I told them that I was having a party on Mother's Day and needed the deck completed by that time.  They assured me that would not be a problem.  The day for the cleaning came and no one showed.  I called towards the end of the day and they told me that they would have to get ahold of the technician and find out what happened.  The technician called me and said he had so many decks to do but he would get to mine that day, even if it was really late.   Well he never showed.  This happened over and over again - someone was supposed to come and no one would come and I would call the office and they would give me some excuse as  to why no one showed up.  Finally, I gave up on having it done by Mother's Day so we put everything back on the deck for our party and waited again.  The technician was supposed to come on a Saturday - he'd promised he would come and he ended up calling me the day he was supposed to be here and said he was sick and would I please let him come on a Sunday.  So I agreed since he promised.  Well Sunday came and went and he didn't show.  At this point I should have seen the writing on the wall and cancelled but I didn't.  I finally called and demanded to speak to the owner.  He called and was somewhat apologetic and said he would have someone out the next day.  The technician showed up and did the cleaning.  The next great adventure was getting them to come back out to do the sealing.  When a technician finally showed up to do it he said the guy who had cleaned it did a horrible job and that he was going to have to reclean it.  Really long story short, the deck was recleaned and then sealed a few days later.   The job they did was horrible and the deck looks really bad after just a year.  I was too frustrated with this company to call them back after they did such a horrible job.  Stay away from this company if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and quality company!

There were large areas of wax left on the white siding.  When I called to talk to them about this, the person who answered sounded extremely irritated by my "complaint".  I don't know if they ever actually came to fix the problem or it was resolved simply by a hard rain - Bryant's said they would call when they came to fix it, but I never heard from them.  I had gone with Bryant's rather than a highly-rated and slightly cheaper competitor because of previous, satisfactory service.  Don't know that I'll make that same decision in the future.

They had to reschedule, but the delay was only 1 day, not a big deal. They called ahead in plenty of time. Sorry to hear they had to work on a Saturday. Super fast washing and got all of the green algae that was between the boards and the bottom side of the deck and steps. It took him about 2 hours and he was done and gone. They said they would call after a few days, allowing time for the deck to dry. Of course it rained for what seamed like a week, (not there fault, can not control mother nature) then it still had to dry. On Thursday night the lady from the office called and talked to my wife asking what color we wanted that it was scheduled for the next day. Wife was not sure what color I wanted so, it was agreed I was to call them by 8am, of course I was late. She asked me what color I wanted, but I did not see the color I wanted, so I said Redwood. She informed me that they do not even use that color any more, because it does not come out like I think it would. So I went with Golden Pine. THANKS for the help with that. The service tech was already gone for the day to service his people that day, but she would try to get him to stop by if he can. The next day I looked and said to my wife, I guess he could not make it out. I walked out on the deck and it was sort of still tacky. So I got off the deck, it was done. PERFECT COLOR, just want I wanted!!  Great people, great service tech, low prices as well. I will use them again!

Had an outstanding experience.  Previous power-washing left residue on my siding and driveway; had no residue with Bryant's.  House looks new again.  I would definitely use Bryant's again next spring and would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant but their process in terms of scheduling and when they would actually come to clean and seal was never really clear. I was told "within 7 days" and then we will come back to seal. They did come 7 days later while I was at work, which was nice that I did not have to be there. However the deck remained unsealed for more than a week with no further communication from the company. I received a call a little more than a week later that someone would be by the next day to seal and to leave a check in the door. When I was called I was asked about the color for my sealer and since the deck currently had no color I requested clear. I later learned through some personal research that a color would have been better protection for my deck. I wish this would have been explained to me by the team here that I assumes knows more about this than I do.  The gentleman arrived and finished up in less than an hour - this would have taken me all weekend!
The service was good and the people were nice. I would have liked to have understood more about why I should have used a color sealant rather than clear and I wish the scheduling process would have been more clear.

Not well.
The first man appeared as scheduled in June.  I seem to recall he came in the morning and alone.  He took one look at the deck and exploded.  He had several small decks to do that day and my deck was just one of the work orders on his board.  He was sure I had misrepresented the deck to his company.  He left.
We had several more men who came out with the same result.  They looked at the decks and refused to do the job.  After much back and forth with Bryant the project finally got underway weeks later.  Part was done, and the work done was satisfactory, but the work was not completed.  Weeks passed with dozens of phone calls.  Finally, the work was completed in September.  I never did understand the difference between the written estimate, which accurately described the deck, and the work orders from the company which apparenlty left off a zero.  I really don't know what the problem was.
While the actual work was satisfactory the effort to get it done was not.
If you have a small or average sized deck I'm willing to believe that they would do a good job.

I was surprised when the estimate they quoted was considerably higher than what I had calculated using my decks square footage and the per square foot prices listed on the mailer coupon. The lady on the phone explained that the price included all railings and steps in addition to the deck flooring. Fair enough I suppose but the coupon figures were misleading. I was more than pleased with the quality of the work. My deck had been in pretty bad shape. A very dingy grey with a lot of green mildew and algae type stains. I feared I may have waited too long before having it cleaned and treated. When they were finished the deck looked great. The natural color of the wood was restored to a degree I had not thought possible. The deck looks great and I am very happy with the result.

FYI - This company will NOT set a firm appointment date to do the work.  Instead they give you an approximate date.  The day before they arrive they will call and let you know they will be out the next day.  This worked for me as I am retired and generally home. Weather enters in this process and can delay the work.  I was happy with the results of the pressure wash as it removed mildew and stains and returned the fence very close to "new look" condition.  The company allows the fence to dry and returns to put on a sealer.  The completed job looks very nice but is only guaranteed for 2 years. The cost is high based on a 2 year life.  I would be much happier with a longer life.   Everyone involved was very professional and  punctual.
This same company previously pressure washed my house and did an excellent job.  I will use them again in the future for my house but possibly not the fence due to the short life.

I wasn't happy in the beginning but then at the time went by, I was very satisfied with their work. They did the powerwash and they stained the deck. I saw some spots that were not touched by the stain. But eventually, everything took the color and all that. The deck looked great afterwards. I think I just jumped quickly in judging their work. They were my first project with the deck so I had no idea about how things would turn out.

They are very good in their service.  I am going to call them back this year to pressure wash our house again.  They were very polite and very prompt.  They show few minutes early from the schedule.  This company is family-owned.  They did an excellent job, and I appreciate the work that they did.

My wife went upstairs to check on something and when she came down around 10 min. later they were done. Started up my free standing woodstove and you could hear the creolsole heat up. I used them last year and they did a wonderful job. This year I am getting smoke in my house. Called to talk to the owner and was advised he would be back in three days.  The tech called back to say he was there and did the job correctly and that the owner was going to be out of town for three weeks. Only use them if Steve the owner will check the job if you want it done.
