From the beginning, Brian was helpful and attentive. In initial consultations, Brian recommended a small tile shop that might have what I was needed. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but it ended up being a porcelain tile rather than marble, which is cheaper and easier to care for.. The installation process was smooth, and again Brian's attentiveness to detail saved the day: there were only 2 tiles left over when he finished, due to an error on my part estimating the amount of tile required! This meant Brian was in a very demanding situation - there was no margin for error. Brian even worked with me to brainstorm a few design ideas for the decorative border, and this led to a few changes that I am thrilled with! The end result is a beautiful bathroom that has added value and enjoyment to my home.
