Mel Patrick responded very quickly to my call.  We discussed a variety of options and determined that digging outside the foundation, fixing the crack, waterproofing and reinstalling a window well would take care of the issue.  
Mel always makes an effort to communicate exactly what to expect from his team and when the work will be completed.  Mel's team was working on another project and yet Mel managed to squeeze my small project in much earlier than he originally had planned.  
The workers were efficient and neat.  They even managed to save the new mulch we had just finished laying down.  At the end of the project, it was difficult to tell that the plant bed had even been touched.  The project was done very quickly and were we glad as within a day or two of completion we had a rain storm that dumped 5 inches of rain on the property (by rain gauge) and not a drop in the house.  An awesome job!
Several days after the storm Mel came by to double check that we had not had any issues.  We are very happy with Braddock Construction's work.

I contracted Braddock Construction to replace my old unlevel, non-flat basement slab with a new one.  Unfortunately, he was not able to make the new concrete basement slab level nor flat.  I would have been better off hiring a contractor to level my old basement slab rather than just replacing old concrete with new concrete!  Furtheremore, they were very careless working in my home.  They allowed water to run into another room and ruin the vinyl tiles.  They splattered my white wall paper with wet concrete.  They opened door to upstairs and allowed dust cloud to cover everything, and my wife got sick from inhaling the dust.
