Of course our air went out during a D.C. heat wave. John stopped by the day I called -- right on time. The air conditioner was dead -- which we knew. The units are all 20 years old and we are the last homeowners in our neighborhood to replace them. I thought the price was reasonable for all carrier products. They were right on time for install, very neat, and clearly were perfectionists. During install, they were missing a properly sized vent joint -- instead of building one out of what they had, which could have failed, they ordered the part and returned another day to install.
We have 2 air conditioners. Interestingly, the 2nd unit went out while John was here. Instead of letting us discover it later and come out a second time to fix it and charge us again, he opened it up and changed the broken part. NO CHARGE. We will definitely call John at Blue Ridge this fall the replace the 2nd air conditioner and furnace.
About six years ago, John serviced our heater in the attic. We had another company tell us that we needed to replace the unit. John recommended a few fixes which extended the life of the unit at the lowest cost.
Blue Ridge is an up-and-up honest company. I would highly recommend them!
