+ -1 moreA rock hit the back small window on the passenger side of my car. I called and was given an appointment the same day, for which I was pleased. I was assured they had the right glass to replace my shattered one. When the job was done they had put in after market glass that was not tinted. Instead of offering to get the right glass they insisted that it was the same - though they admitted that they could see through it and not the same glass on the other side. Then they said they couldn't have done it the same day, which I didn't insist on when I called. Then they said they would have had to order it, which would have been fine. Then they tried to tell me someone had done it after the car was purchased and I'd have to get it done - which was incorrect since I purchased the car this way. I waited 45 minutes after I arrived for the glass to arrive - which was suppose to have been delivered by the time I got there. Instead of consulting me after the discrepancy was discovered, they installed it. I see that they also offer a 10% senior discount, which I did not get or even get offered at the shop, similar to other complaints about this business. I would not recommend this business - run away fast. They get you in quickly but don't give you the best or even good service once they have you in nor do they try to resolve any problem - they only give you excuses and try to convince you they are right.

Description of Work: I had my front windshield replaced. Although not the cheapest, I chose this place through referral. Ali provided not only exceptional service in all areas above but went out of his way to perform a small but complimentary service. He was very patient and took the time to explain/discuss all my questions. His honesty shines thru the conversation. Do: Take your car in for service if you plan to drive away on local roads only. Don't: Drive on highways right after windshield replacement. Option: They do provide service to come home or on-site.
