I've been a "car guy" my entire life, and so I've been to hundreds of car shops over the years. I can honestly say that my experience with Benz Elite was by far the BEST I've ever had. Their knowledge and experience are exceptional, their prices are VERY competitive, and their communication and professionalism are second to none. Emile was communicative throughout the entire process. He was able to get me in on a day that fit my schedule, and he had all the work done ahead of schedule! On time and on budget is almost unheard of when it comes to cars, but they're able to do it, and this was NOT an easy job. They've definitely earned my business, and will continue using Benz Elite for all work related to my AMG.

I have been coming to this place since 2011. They have taken great care of my car. I highly recommend them for Mercedes Benz repair work. Much less expensive than going to the dealer.

Worked efficiently and provided reasonable, accurate estimates. Advised on what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Completed repairs on time and provided ride from and to the Metro station.
Prices and quality of repairs the best I've found anywhere in Northern VA.

Benz Elite was immediately responsive, courteous, provided an accurate estimate, and completed the repair quickly and correctly. Since this repair, I've contacted them again for additional service, and they've been equally responsive, including offerring less expensive alternatives for the service required. All in all, a great experience. The $2400 repair is far from cheap, but money I was glad to spend for a properly done repair that would otherwise have cost thousands more.

They are very good and I really like them. They gave us different options for different prices and they called right away.

The staff was friendly and very professional. They were able to provide me with a rental car and their waiting area was very clean and accomodating.
