Baatar is the owner of the company and does almost everything himself.  Everything went well except for 2 items.  
There's railing on the bottom of the cabinets that are intended to conceal the under cabinet lighting.  He installed them such that they sag down and look horrible.
He installed hardwood flooring in the kitchen, then damaged most of the boards when installing a new refrigerator.  He replaced the damaged boards, but the boards he replaced are now coming loose and sticking up in places.  I did some research and found out that he repaired the floor improperly.
Each board has tongue and grove construction so that it will interlock with those around it.  To replace a damaged board, you cut the tongues off of the board to be replaced so that it can be slipped in without pulling up the surrounding boards.  Since the new boards cannot be interlocked, the should nailed and glued down, then held in place with weights for 24 hours while the glue sets. He did everything except glue the boards down, so they now have to be replaced.  He also nailed the boards down on top in some places in order to keep them from popping up and did a poor job of concealing the nails with putty.
He was returning my calls for a while with assurances that he'd come back to fix the cabinets, but he won't answer the phone or return my calls anymore.  I last heard from him in November and have been calling, texting and emailing ever since.  He obviously has no intention of coming back.  I got one estimate to fix the floor and the labor is $950, the flooring will be about another $500.  I don't know how much it will cost to repair the cabinets yet, but I'm guessing it will be another $300.
He does good work when he wants to and is completely capable of fixing this.  Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to take him to court for that.
