Patrick was amazing. From beginning to end, everything was easy, simple and straightforward. Patrick set expectations, was clear and had strong communication every step of the way. I had to sign for my husband who was traveling abroad at the time and he instructed me on how to handle this. Additionally, I got a great rate! I would certainly use Patrick's services again when buying other property. My brother-in-law in DC also used him and had similar good service. I have and will continue to recommend him.

I am in the real estate business and in 6 or more years he has never missed a closing. He is the most professional loan officer we have dealt with. His rates are excellent and he is very straight forward; he has no gimmicks or extra fees. He is really good. He will meet with you in person; you are not contacting a call center. He is personally responsible for your loan from the time you first meet to the time you go to close. You can call him directly on his cell phone.
