 + -1 morePatrick was amazing. From beginning to end, everything was easy, simple and straightforward. Patrick set expectations, was clear and had strong communication every step of the way. I had to sign for my husband who was traveling abroad at the time and he instructed me on how to handle this. Additionally, I got a great rate! I would certainly use Patrick's services again when buying other property. My brother-in-law in DC also used him and had similar good service. I have and will continue to recommend him.

 + -1 moreI am in the real estate business and in 6 or more years he has never missed a closing. He is the most professional loan officer we have dealt with. His rates are excellent and he is very straight forward; he has no gimmicks or extra fees. He is really good. He will meet with you in person; you are not contacting a call center. He is personally responsible for your loan from the time you first meet to the time you go to close. You can call him directly on his cell phone.

Description of Work: We refinanced our current house. It was not a simple loan, and we were not able to find these rates or low closing costs with other lenders as we found with Atlantic Coast. I did a lot of comparison shopping before making this decision. Jon, Lily and staff were responsive, professional and delivered everything they had promised. They worked through problems to correct them quickly. There were no surprises or delays. It was a delight to work with them!
