Title Companies
Having left work early, I arrived at the appointed time for my closing and was kept waiting in the lobby for 23 minutes before being brought back to sign documents, where I continued to wait another seven minutes for documents to appear. The debts for the property loans were satisfied very quickly, but following five full business days without seeing monies due me post, I contacted ATG to determine if there was a problem. At that time it was discovered that someone at ATG was waiting for me to sign a document that someone else had not sent me - however, no one had made inquiry as to the remaining open aspects of the transaction until I did.
