ARHAUS FURNITURE

It was on back order. So I didn't get it until December. Arhaus has a really good website. I actually was going to go to Arhaus to buy my sofa, but when I went and I looked at it, it wasn't the quality that I wanted and then the size of it and stuff. So I actually didn't end up getting it from there. I was going to get a coffee table from there. But the coffee table that I wanted, it was going to be made from a slab of wood. It was really specific and it was on back order. It was continuously on back order. I was like I'm not going to wait a year for a table. I didn't like their payment options in terms of, the only way you could really get it and lock in the price was to use their credit card or to pay for it. They are high on pricing. They were not responsive. When I went into the store to shop that day they didn't have enough sales people there because all of them were deeply engaged with the people already in the store. So you kind of had to wait around and wait for the next person to get free. They also weren't friendly in terms of greeting you and saying, "Oh I'm sorry I'm with someone else, but I'll check and see if there is someone available who can help you."

Buyer beware of Arhaus, they are the masters of "bait and switch". The quality of what will be delivered to your house and the furniture in their showrooms are NOT the same.Arhaus claims to be an upscale furniture store their showrooms are very nicie but as I stated earlier what you see there and what is delivered to your house IS NOT THE SAME THING. They screwed up my sofa, ottoman and chair twice and then tried to jerk me around about giving me my money back. I finally was re-imbursed, but the whole experience was awful. They cannot even match up a pattern. I was told that Arhaus farms out their orders to different fabricators and some are better than others... No quality control at all. Run don't walk away from this company.

We are regular Arhaus customers. Definitely the best service I've ever had with a furniture store.
