Apartments
I moved in and found the apartment noisy. The upstairs neighbors had three children and three adults in a one-bedroom apartment. Management said, and quot;they are moving out in a few months: the didn't renew their lease. Nothing we can do.and quot; The leasing agent promised that I could move to a different apartment if I didn't like the one I was assigned. But when I wanted to move...nothing was available. I was finally able to get out of the lease but I had to forfeit an and quot;amenities feeand quot; that the rental contract said was not refundable.

Apartments
They have good amenities and if you needed any service they were prompt. If there was something that needed to be fixed in the apartment they were prompt. It is a nice place.
