 + -1 moreI moved in and found the apartment noisy. The upstairs neighbors had three children and three adults in a one-bedroom apartment. Management said, and quot;they are moving out in a few months: the didn't renew their lease. Nothing we can do.and quot; The leasing agent promised that I could move to a different apartment if I didn't like the one I was assigned. But when I wanted to move...nothing was available. I was finally able to get out of the lease but I had to forfeit an and quot;amenities feeand quot; that the rental contract said was not refundable.
Description of Work: The location is good. Unfortunately they promised that if I didn't like the apartment I could move in 30 days at no additional charge. But they had no reasonably similar apartments. I was able to get out of the contract but had to forfeit an $1,100 "amenities fee" that was not refundable. Don't trust anything the leasing agent or onsite manager promises verbally. They will only be liable for what's written in the contract.

 + -1 moreThey have good amenities and if you needed any service they were prompt. If there was something that needed to be fixed in the apartment they were prompt. It is a nice place.
Description of Work: I stayed at an apartment in Archstone Fairchase. I lived there for a year.
