They were extremely generous in wood. There was more wood in the truck they brought. They put the wood down neatly and did not dump it. I was very satisfied with the work. The wood was cut shorter and easy to burn. The wood quality was good. Their availability is poor, as I could not get through to them. Once I called them late in the summers and they said they were not taking orders till October.

Done in less that one-day, very professional and neat.

I used this company once in the past. They did such a good job that I called Reggie Symonds, the company owner, to quote on a new larger job. We surveyed the work at hand, and he gave me a written quotation within a few minutes. Because I felt comfortable with the quote and knew firsthand the good work that his team performs, I signed the contract immediately. In the current economy (recession) it was unlikely that his quote was far off the mark. All of these service companies need the work. Reggie asked for a 25% deposit which I felt comfortable giving him due to the size of the job. The commencement of the job was delayed by three days due to rain. There were 4 to 5 workers at various times during the next three days, all of whom were very courteous. They met the job objectives in every way, and did a very good job. I paid the balance of the job cost on the last day. I would not hesitate to give Arborscape more work in the future.

Initially, it was difficult to contact Arborscape to schedule delivery. However, initial contact was during the holiday season and as such forgivable. Once contacted, Reggie (owner) agreed to deliver 1/2 cord of seasoned, split firewood to my residence. Reggie provided a 1/2 hour window (1:00pm - 1:30pm) for delivery, flexible to my schedule. Reggie arrived with an assistant, about 1/2 hour late. Once on site, Reggie requested payment in cash, which was both unexpected and not mentioned prior to his arrival. Reggie provided a full receipt when requested. The firewood was delivered and stacked neatly on my back porch. The firewood delivered was wet, as it had rained the night before. Again, Reggie neglected to provide this information until half of the firewood had been stacked on my porch. However, after allowing a day or two to dry, the firewood has consistently burned well.

Found the company on Angie's List and called, but had to leave a message. My call was returned in a couple of days and a time was scheduled for the delivery. The proprietor showed up on time and promptly stacked the wood. Their phone manner was not very professional, but the wood is great, the delivery was excellent, and the price was fair.

It was great. Danny arrived right on time and began stacking. He stacked it carefully and used a technique which braced the stack so that none of the wood would roll off. It was fun to watch him. We are very, very pleased.

The company was responsive and showed up on time. They delivered a full cord of good wood for $185 (I stacked it myself). I would use them again.

Everything went very smooth. Once Reggie and I were able to connect the delivered the firewood the next day. They came on time and stacked it in our back yard. They did a very nice job. They were very careful about putting the dryer wood on top so we could use it immediately. We will use them again.

Great, I have used them in years past fore cut firewood. The wood was neatly stacked and organized for me. They even included a decent amount of kindling for me. They will also check back periodically.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ARBORSCAPE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND RETURNED OUR CALL QUICKLY AND THEN WERE ABLE TO DELIVER THE FIREWOOD WITHIN LESS THAN A WEEK.
