Very fast and easy to deal with company. They performed a radon test at our house and I would recommend them to others as well.

All-Pro Services was recommended by our real estate agent.  We called and left a message in the evening on Friday. They called us back promptly on Saturday morning and we scheduled an inspection for Monday (they aren't open on Sundays). When we arrived, the inspector (Jim Sexton) and our real estate agent were already there.
Jim was very helpful and walked us through every step of the inspection. It is an older townhouse and we knew that the place is going to need a lot of work. We appreciated the time Jim took to explain everything and he was even patient when I had to ask him to explain things more than once. He took breaks to take notes on a computer to make sure he didn't miss anything. 
We received a typed report with pictures later that night. Jim even included a section with recommendation, which will be very helpful, as we update overtime. The unit has a flat roof, so he wasn't able to tell us much about the roof and we did choose to get a separate roof inspection, but other than that everything went great and we would recommend All-Pro Services and Jim to others.

Mike Mobus was my home inspector. He did a great job reviewing all areas of my condo and he also educated me, being a first time home buyer, on what problem signs I should be looking for. He did a great job, and I was comfortable in purchasing the condo after his review. I will definitely use all pro again for my next home!

When we sold our previous home thirty-five miles away in April 2012, the real estate agent had All Pro Services perform a radon test on it. We were so impressed with the knowledge and personality of the test person, Brian, that we asked specifically for him when we arranged for All Pro Services to test our new home in May 2013. In addition to being punctual and polite, Brian, is a proverbial fountain of knowledge on Radon and we always learn so much about it and our house systems from him. After the mitigation work was completed, we again asked for Brian to do the retest. He has literally been in home(s) six times in the last thirteen months and my wife and I have enjoyed each visit tremendously.

Great Job! Tech took the tome to explain the test in depth and was very knowledgeable on radon and testing. I would definitely recommend All Pro Services to my family, friends or any needing a air quality testing.

**Updated information: Just as a follow-up, we found that our kitchen bay window had been leaking into the drywall in our home. The flashing on the side of the house had separated from the roof, something that Mr Patti and his associate would have been able to identify had they simply got on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection. As it was, we had to repair the damage to the inside wood and window and replace the drywall which had been soaked. In addition, the handyman who repaired this damage noted that the windows all needed to be re-caulked so that they would not leak, something that should have been noted during the inspection. I really feel as though Mr Patti (or his associate if Mr Patti could not) should have conducted an inspection of the roof from the roof itself instead of from across the street. I would not recommend this home inspector and will note this with my real estate agent as they recommended Mr Patti.

This was actually the second time in two weeks that I called All Pro Services Inc. to schedule a radon test only. The first time the contract on the house fell through the day before I was to have them come out. I had to cancel with only about 12 hours notice and they were very friendly about it and refunded the money to my credit card before I could even ask about it. The second time I called they were just as friendly.
Honestly, one of the main reasons I chose them is because they have their own access to the lockbox so my realtor did not have to go out to the house to let them in to place the equipment and then back out to let them in to pick up their equipment. All Pro Services Inc actually looked up the listing agent for the house, looked up his phone number and worked with him to schedule a time with the house owners. It was very convenient and easy for me.
They placed their equipment in two different locations in the basement to get different readings. There was a .5 difference in the two readings but both were still well within normal limits. I received the report via email the same day they finished the testing. I would absolutely use them again.

After some scheduling challenges with a different home inspector, my wife and I decided to take the advice of our real estate agent and use All-Pro Services. I left a message on Sunday evening and received a call at 8:15am on Monday. They were friendly and accommodating of the multiple schedules that I had to juggle (i.e. mine, my wife's, our agent, and the listing agent). We booked for two days later.
Greg Patti showed up and from the first minute I realized we were in for a unique treat. Greg could be described as your favorite uncle. He talks quite a bit, but is so full of wisdom that you're just glad he's imparting it on you. As first-time home buyers, we appreciated that he went through every part of the house with us making sure that we knew how each system worked. He provided advice on how to take proper care of our home and ensure its continued life. As first-time home buyers, I cannot express how much we appreciated the advice.
The inspection report was emailed to us that night. It was thorough, detailed, and very descriptive. It was not over-dramatic and filled with unnecessary emphasis on minor items that make sellers question the credibility of a report. It was direct and honest about areas of major concern while explaining that other areas were simple repairs.
The price was about $100 more than other inspectors, but Greg spent 4 hours with us! In the end, we got what we paid for and more.

Jim Sexton of All-Pro performed our home inspection as part of the contingency process of our purchase of a new home. He did a thorough job. The house was in excellent condition, which, fortunately, left him little to find that needed to be fixed. The house had a tall, flat roof that required a 40-foot ladder to get up onto it, as there was no access from inside the house. As a result, as per the contract and the conditions stated up front, Jim did not inspect the roof as he does not carry a ladder of that height as a matter of course. While Jim and All-Pro did nothing wrong by not inspecting the roof, after paying what we considered to be a steep price for the inspection, and facing the prospect of having to shell out more money to get a roof inspector, we felt like we hadn't gotten our money's worth, as the condition of the roof was a concern to us. When I called to explain how we felt, Greg Patti, the owner, immediately offered to order a roof inspection on his own dime, which he did. The roofing inspector's report came with pictures and allayed our concerns. We bought the house and very much appreciate Greg's willingness to see to the needs of his customer.

Mr. Patti was excellent. He and his co-worker went over every detail in the home we are looking at, explaining in great detail not only quirks about the house, but also what to do in order to repair the problems. He gave a thorough write-up of every inch of the house inside and out, including pictures, and a list of what needed to be addressed. He spent about 3 hours going over everything with a fine-tooth comb. We were very, very pleased with the service we got.

This was really great work. Mr. Patti covered every detail of the home from top to bottom, identifying all potential issues and things that needed to be considered or monitored. He furnished a 37 page report, complete with photographs and narrative. The property is 1530 square feet, and the entire inspection took about four hours. His thoroughness and attention to the details that matter was simply excellent. As a result my buyers know what to repair and what to anticipate in their new home. Example: I had taken down the smoke detectors when I repainted the interior and I forgot to reinstall them. Obviously he recommended installation of smoke and CO detectors. He found a non-working GFCI as well, and a fuse box in an outbuilding that had hot circuits not covered with plugs.
Mr. Patti's thoroughness and the quality of his report was everything you could ask for in a home inspection!

Greg and Matthew were very thorough and a great team. They spent three hours with us and made great use of every minute, providing a detailed explanation on anything they found, big or small. That night we received a very detailed report, complete with pictures and near and short term recommendations. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

It went great. They were on time, and started on the outside of the house, going over current and potential problems as they arose. They gave candid advice when we asked their opinions, and prioritized the urgency of repairs or preventative measures as we went through so we wouldn't get overwhelmed. For each issue identified they gave us repair options and advice so we knew if it was something we would be able to take care of on our own or if it was something we would have to spring for professional help on. They answered our questions, and gave disclaimers when they were offering their own opinions rather than objective facts. They sent out a final report the same evening, and it was incredibly thorough and included photographs. At the end of the inspection Greg told us that we could always call him with questions in the future, and that any advice he can give from his own kitchen is free. They were a pleasure to work with and nice guys all around.

The inspector was on point on his assessment and even found an overflow pipe leading from the laundry room to the basement unfinished. This unfinished pipe would of drained water right on the basement floor. It is now been corrected by the builder. Nice catch.

I've shared the report with a couple of family and friends and they all have been amazed at how great it is. Since the inspection, I've had no hidden surprises and wouldn't even think about buying a new home without having Gregory or someone else with All-Pro doing an inspection for me.
