Advanced Restoration came out IMMEDIATELY when my family and I returned from a weekend trip to a flooded living room, dining room, and kitchen. Even though it was a late Sunday night, Ran and Denise contacted me, and have been taking care of me every since! Their team is professional, safe (PPE and social distancing due to COVID), their work is very thorough and they were respectful of property. I am told by my condo/home association that Advanced is pricier than other cleanup companies they work with — still, I wanted the best and Advanced is First-Class. Advanced works directly with my insurance companies and my HOA, and negotiated the best $ possible. In addition, Rocky, Carlos, Justin, Jason and team have been phenomenal throughout this tough process. I am glad that I found Advanced through Google Top Rated Water Mitigation / Mediation and Restoration. This company is a mold remediation company, not garage doors. I called and left a message and they called me back within 2 hours and said they could be there in 20 minutes. My garage has had a mold problem for a while and it has gotten really out of control. He gave me a quick estimate to clean the mold from the cinder block and floor and paint the interior of the garage with a drylock type paint $1800. They also offered to re-paint the floor for an extra $150. They said they could be there the next day. They completed the work promptly and were very considerate and polite. They moved out all of the stuff from the garage and then before painting the floor, moved my valuables back inside the house for me. My garage is like a whole new place!
