Ace Vacuums

Bought a vacuum in-store on Jan 11. It was supposed to come in in a few days. I called every week after that and they kept telling me it hadn't come in yet and would just be a few more days. Started calling every day and every day was told it would just be another day or two and they would give me a call. I finally came back in on Feb 4 and asked for a refund, since I didn't want to deal with a company that seemed to be a mess. Was granted the refund and was told that it would go back on my credit card within a few days. Called every week after that, as the refund never appeared on my credit card. The company didn't answer my emails. Finally had to report the transaction to my credit card company for them to arbitrate. I lost the vacuum I traded in to get my new vacuum that never arrived and It's been two months of inconvenience and stress dealing with this company for nothing.

Vacuums Unlimited were very good, very knowledgeable. The guy knew all the various lines, all their products. We had a very in-depth discussion of the brands and upright versus canister. I had spent a lot of money on my vacuum and wanted performance and durability, and a good motor, but small and lightweight! He tries to match the product and the service to your expectations. I was very specific about what I wanted the machine to do.
