Great.  Fernando is the best and as a realtor, I always recommend him.  He has also done home inspections for me personally when I have bought a home.

Per my realtor's recommendation we contacted Abode for a home inspection. The call to the office to schedule to appointment was a bit confusing since they were supposed to call me back and did not. However, I tried again and am glad I did.
Fernando was excellent! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He guided us through every inch of the house and provided an in depth education on everything for this first time home buyer. His report was emailed within 48 hours and it was extremely thorough and detailed. He also provided us with a book at the end entitled, How to Operate Your Home . If you are buying a house and want to actually understand how to change the temp on the hot water heater as well as what all of the various handles, wires and pipes in your basement are for - hire Fernando!

They are really good. I'm a realtor and I keep using them. My client spent about $350. They are very thorough, very knowledgeable and they take their time explaining everything to the clients. Their prices are reasonable and they are very, very prompt. They are one of the specialty home inspection companies so all they do is inspect homes that are for sale.

These were the guys who were in their fifties, and they were up on the ladder. They told us what needed to be done, and we did everything as they said. They were funny. The people who bought our home, they had their own home inspection, and they found few little things. The guy who came to do the inspection told that he has not seen any house in such a good condition. They knew their stuff. They didn't give us written report; but they knew what they were talking about. We can rely on what they were saying.
