They are very nice with our large dogs--a huge plus. The team is quick and efficient and friendly. I feel good about the level of cleanliness as well as their little personal touches like folding the towels in adorable ways. If anything changes, I will update the review, but so far, we are very pleased. (Also note, there are a LOT more reviews for this company on Care.com than on Angie's list).

We were new to the area and in need of a cleaning service because I had knee surgery. They came to our house at our convenience to give an estimate. Their price was great! They came on the day we needed and were flexible when we needed, like when family was coming to town. Most important they worked around and were friendly to our dog. He is very social and they were very accommodating with him. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this team for almost a year. They did a great job until one day one of their vacuums snagged my carpet. When I showed one of the owners, Gladys, the problem and asked that she check her vacuums so that we could avoid a future snag, the basically told me that I was lying about the snag and that it must have happened at some other time because she had never had a carpet snag before. She took lengthy efforts to give all the reasons why it could not possibly be the fault of her team instead of just trying to fix and/or avoid the problem in the future. Very disappointing. Though the team's cleaning skills are good, the owner completely lacks in professionalism. I will not recommend this service to anyone.
