AA Bill's Appliance

I noticed ice was forming down the inside walls of our freezer and ice cubes were not of full/standard size.  We have use AA Bill's service for many years with complete satisfaction so we called him in.  He researched and diagnosed the problem as an improperly seated water feed tube and corrected it.  As usual, we were very happy with service, responsiveness, and price.

He was really good. He was very prompt and really very knowledgeable and very nice.

Bill came same day as called, exactly when he said he would. Fixed the problem on my 20 year old dryer promptly, and pleasantly. Explained everything well, cleaned up afterwards. Have used Bill before, and will definitely call him again. He is prompt, courteous, efficient, and his prices are fair.

Arrived promptly. Was was the first to respond to several calls for service to other repair shops even when I called after normal service hour. Bill's was very professional and thorough as he went through many checks to isolate the problem. He repaired the inoperative dishwasher when I thought I would have to purchase a new machine and it now works like new. I would happily recommend Bill's for any appliance repair job.

Bill is a nice man and I like him lot. He saved me from buying a new dryer and I am still using it. Bill was very helpful. He is very old school, but he is particularly careful and considerate that he works with machines.

Bill provides great service, a fair price and above all, we trust him to do good work and to treat us honestly and fairly. All work he has done for us is excellent.

The quality of the work was fine, but I have a feeling that his price is high. I would use him again in the future if needed.

I have been using this company for around fifteen years. I had a great experience with them. I woke up this morning and found the garbage disposal was broken, and then called them. He came out in less than two hours and had the garbage disposal selection in his truck already to pick from. William is very nice and finished the job in about an hour. Over the past years he has fixed large and small appliances for me. He is comfortable with all appliances.
