 + -1 moreMy husband ordered me what he thought would be a beautiful rose arrangement for Valentines Day via FTD/USAA. Unfortunately the online ordering system automatically chose University Flowers FTD store to make the arrangement and deliver it. The only good thing that we can say is that it was delivered on time and USAA/FTD refunded our money per my request. As for the arrangement, this store should be ashamed of themselves. The arrangement that arrived nothing like what the picture showed online except for the heart vase was the same. The roses (which were less in quantity than he paid for) were turning brown and this store substituted green (yes green) roses in the arrangement that was supposed to only have pink/red roses and preferably ones that were not already dying. We praise FTD/USAA for immediately refunding our money for the flowers as they promise in their online Satisfaction Guarantee.

 + -1 moreThe gorgous arrangement was splendid and fresh, and lasted a long time. You could not find a more artful or caring florist!
Description of Work: The owner of the shop knew that the loss of our little family member was shattering. She was deeply concerned that the arrangement be absolutely perfect. Rather than calling the order to closer florist, she created the arrangement exactly as ordered. Then, she drove down the 45 minutes to hand deliver the flowers.
